 Duchess, as she was called by everyone in town, was limping in the yard of a man who had a wolf. She was always hanging around this neighborhood even though no one liked her and was chasing her off. She had a broken leg from being nicked by a car. It was amazing that she was alive at all seeing as she was really hungry and hurt. She then laid down in a yard trying to rest for a while but could hear a wolf, or dog as she thought it was, growling from inside of the house, making her a little uneasy.

Kaiser was growling and snarling at the window seeing a blonde wolf in his territory. Zero told him to quiet down and he walked to the door letting him out. but when Kaiser rushed out he attack the blonde wolf and zero ran to the two wolfs and yelled at kaiser. kaiser wimpered and backed down. zero picked up the blonde wolf and took her into his house.. laid her on the kitchen table got out a first aid kit designed for wolfs and patched up her wounds and then realized her leg was broken and made a cast for it. "there you go duchess now just stay off your leg." Zero put her on kaisers bed

Duchess yelped as Kaiser attacked her. She was shaking in zero's arms. She wasn't one to fight since she was abused and too weak to move much. She had urinated on herself during the attack. Once she was wrapped up, she laid on Kaiser's bed shaking as she laid there. She could smell his scent all over the place and it was making her nervous.

Kaiser walked in and looked at duchess but before he can growl. Zero said "Kaiser we have a guest show some manners and respect she is a lady after all now come here and lay on the couch." kaiser walked pasted her and gave her a glare meaning you won't be here for long. then kaiser laid on the couch and went to sleep.

Duchess shook with her ears back as she looked at Kaiser when he glared at her. She kept her ears back as she looked away from him. She was more like a shivering chihuahua right now, seeing as she was in someone's house and he owned a wolf that attacked her on sight. She couldn't help but be scared. Eventually though she fell asleep after some food, and some encouragement from Zero. She used to have a home but she was abandoned soon after, dumped off to be someone else's problem, as her last owner said. She had been wandering around ever since. She didn't know why she was abandoned. She was great with other dogs and children and was very loyal, yet she was abandoned before she could prove that to anyone. As Duchess slept, she started to flinch in her sleep, having a bad dream. her legs were looking like she was running from something or someone but were not fully moving.

Kaiser was asleep in zeros room while zero sleeped in the same room as well. Kaiser growled in his sleep dreaming of reclaiming his house

The next morning, Duchess was awake and was looking around the house, letting her broken leg dangle in the air as she limped around the house. It was her back left leg that was broken but it would mend with time. She eventually found Zero's room, but stayed away from the side that Kaiser was on. She went to Zero's side and licked his hand softly.

Kaiser was dead asleep nothing could wake him up. Zero woke up and said "Lets go duchess you must be hungry." zero walked out to the kitchen.

Duchess limped after Zero, staying close to him as she did. She didn't want Kaiser to think he was being replaced as that wasn't the case. She then laid down carefully by the sink on a rug that was there. She then looked up at Zero shaking a bit at the thought of Kaiser attacking her again. She wagged her tail at Zero as she tensed at every sound and every movement. She didn't want Kaiser to come near her again.

After Duchess finished eating, she started to look around the house sniffing around each room but not touching anything out of fear that Kaiser would get angry with her. She was still young but was old enough to go into heat. She already had started but avoided others cause they were always mean to her. Her body was covered in scars but one of them was a huge gash mark on her right eye where she had been attacked before as a pup.

Kaiser walked down the steps but ignored duchess because he was still waking up he layed at zeros feet

Duchess saw Kaiser and stayed where she was putting her ears back as she waited for him for pass. She eventually came downstairs before she cautiously came over to Zero and laid down on the floor at his feet, being careful of her broken leg. She didn't want Kaiser to be mad at her since she knew she had invaded his territory but she needed to if she was to get passed it.

Duchess looked up at Zero before she nudged his hand gently wanting to spend time with him, to get to know him. She whimpered a bit as she looked at Kaiser but looked away quickly before he could see her looking at him. Even if he was asleep she knew she had to be careful.
