the clones of Akuen and Zetsumei continued to watch from the back their bodies dripping with the black mist as it steadily falls to the ground coating the area and slowly pushing forward as it raised up another inch or so. the clone of Kuro however realized she had slashed at nothing when she landed on the ground, looking around she would quickly jump out of the way of the lighting, focusing a densed amount of chakra to her feet and ran through the air not touching the ground. the three clones shared a look as they focused their sights on the now flaming tornado that was created by the mixed colored headed male. it was apparent to them that he had sucked up some of their black mist to create it, and that was his mistake. the clones of Akuen and Zetsumei moved together as they both ran towards the flaming tornado and both jumped into it. allowing their bodies to evaporate into thick dense black mist as it corrupted the tornado instantly, the voices of Zetsumei and Akuen coming from the tornado. "Black Mist Style: Black Mist Flaming Tornado!" the thickened black mist basically took over the tornado as the flames turned a purpleish black, as its speed and strength increased. the clone of Kuro had quickly weaved the hand seals Ox - Sheep - Rat - Horse to complete the hand over of the jutsu. the scythe she had been wielding was now strapped across her back as her hands were covered in a black mist like glove as she controlled the direction of the now taken over black mist flaming tornado and she directed it right back to its creator.

seeing just how the battle was going through her 'spy glass', Kuro had been coming up with a plan of her own and soon she did. she gave Akuen and Zetsumei a nod and they both created a portal high above in the sky that hung over the field in which the battle was taking place. Kuro closed her eyes and took a deep breath as she slowly let it out and then jumped through the portal with Zetsumei and Akuen following behind her. as they re entered the real world and started to free fall, Kuro started to weave the hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake and with a quiet whisper she spoke, "Wind Style: Great Breakthrough." with having a lot of time to practice and gathering her chakra with this jutsu. Kuro concentrated hard as she started to gather up the pressure of the wind, and soon she released the built up pressure creating a large strong gust of wind aiming it down towards the field of battle aiming to disperse all the mist that had been created by both the black mist and also Hinotes mist aswell. it was also apparent with this move that she would be able to throw Hinote towards the ground with the strong gust. Akuen and Zetsumei had been free falling quite close to eachother and while Kuro was doing her jutsu they released one themselves. it was time to show everyone just one of the newest jutsus that had been created, both Akuen and Zetsumei calling out in unison once more, "Black Mist Style: Shadow Dragon!" the black mist instantly poured off of their bodies and shot up into the air as it formed a large black cloud that started to move and take shape of a large black dragon as its body solidified it swooped down as Akuen and Zetsumei landed on its back, and then got lower as Kuro landed on its back aswell. Kuro had to think of another strategy and quick. then it came to her. bending down to rest on her knee she slipped her hand back behind her and rested it on her ankle, the same ankle that Zetsumei had bitten years ago the same with Kenji. Kuro focused her thoughts towards Kenji, as she spoke to him with her thoughts. of course Kenji would feel a tightness around his ankle aswell, *partner I have an idea, you take on the guy on the ground and ill take on Hinote from the air, deal? also if need be ill send Akuen your way.* all Kuro could do at the moment was see how the attacks would play out and also to see what Kenji thought.

{in the black mist world}
as Kouteis creature entered the black mist world the screech it gave would fall on deaf ears as Kuro and the two wolves had already left moments before. and even as it fell into the world it would only sink into the pitch black of nothingness, the platform that Zetsumei and Akuen had created shattered shortly after they left leaving nothing for the creature to land on. it was like an endless pitch black abyss. only black mist could be seen swimming around inside. its attack meaning nothing as its punch had no intended target to hit.

Kenji kept his eyes on the battle in front of him, keeping his distance and assessing the situation. The fiery tornado the man's clone created would not reach him, as it would be consumed by the black mist, but Kenji backed up a few feet just in case. It was unfortunate his oil hadn't slipped up either of his adversaries, but even though the surface stuff had been used to increase the fire of the Uchiha man's jutsu, the ground itself was still saturated with the stuff, it having seeped into the ground. This would alight thanks to the fire provided by the enemy, the ground underneath the clone erupting in flames and consuming it's body quickly, since it's feet would also be covered in oil. Unfortunately, phase 2 of his plan to trap the two would also fail, and Kenji sighed in mock frustration as Hinote took off into the air with his strange wings. 'What a curious sight...' he thought as he watched his mentor fly high into the air. He disappeared from sight rather quickly, but luckily his chakra didn't. Keeping his ground, Kenji stood and waited to see what would happen.

It would seem that he had been completely forgotten here in the back behind where his opponent's used to be, as after he caught a quick glimpse of Kuro's clone dodging his Shichū Shibari technique, and the tornado created from the Uchiha man's clone changing to be wielded by Kuro, nothing more seemed to come his way. The Uchiha man hadn't come back yet, but a fine mist settled over the field. The water was saturated with chakra, effectively rendering him blind because of his Sharingan. "Damn..." he exclaimed, preparing to sweep away the mist with an explosion. This turned out to be unnecessary, though, because Kuro suddenly reappeared from the black mist world, using a large scale Wind technique to disperse the mist for Kenji and simultaneously attack the flying Hinote. Kenji was impressed with Kuro's resourcefulness, knowing that the wings their Sensei had would have hollow bones, thus being fragile and susceptible to strong winds. He couldn't focus on his partner for long, however, as the mist resurfaced almost instantly. The black mist mark on his ankle twinged as this happen, and he heard Kuro's voice in his head voice her intentions. Kenji's eyebrows furrowed together in concern, but nonetheless he reached down and touched his own mark, using the link to communicate back. 'Be careful, partner. Hinote is crafty. But you have the best chance to take him down, as you're the only one here without a Dōjutsu. His Gogen won't effect you as it would me. Good luck.'

With that, Kenji straightened his back and focused on the mist that had once again surrounded him. Now that he was to fight the Uchiha man, he considered leaving it up, as his opponent would also be blind. But he dismissed this idea quickly, knowing it was foolhardy to underestimate his enemy like that. 'For all I know, he can see through this and I would simply be a sitting duck...' With this in mind, he calculated what he knew about the mist itself. It was definitely Hinote's jutsu, as the mist was reeking with his chakra, threatening to overload his chakra-sensing ability. From the moisture on his clothing, skin, and the humidity of the air, it was clear that it was a water-based attack as well. And finally, it came back if you tried to simply blow it away. So getting rid of it would actually prove to be simple. All Kenji needed was a constantly recycling force to either push it back to evaporate with completely. He could use that jutsu, but he wanted to save it for later, when it was truly needed. Instead, he focused his Ocular jutsu, his right eye straining and flexing as he pinpointed the air around him. The air began to shimmer in the places the Uchiha was focusing on, and he thought in activation of his jutsu; 'Hitodama...' With a spark in mid air, small blue flames began to float and dance around his body, small at first and then growing to watermelon-size balls of fire. 6 in total, they floated around his body in an orbital pattern. The area around the user becomes super heated, to a level on par with Amaterasu. The flames are omnipresent, distributing the heat outwards from the body. They appear blue in color and ghostly in appearance. Though the temperature change does not physically burn anyone within it, it quickly consumes the oxygen in the area. This results in less oxygen being introduced into the bodies of anyone within its effected range, thus resulting in physical abnormalities due to oxygen deprivation. The most notable effects is weakening physical endurance, heavy breathing, physical exhaustion, and slower reaction time. Even those used to high temperatures are affected by the Hitodama. The user of the technique is unaffected by said effects because the way the heat spreads out from his body creates a air current system which channels oxygen back in towards the users body before converting into heat and spreading back outwards. This makes the area around the user a bit cooler and allows them to breathe.

The mist around Kenji, made of simple water, would evaporate due to the heat of the Hitodama flames, creating a good 30 foot radius of clear area to work with. Thanks to the process known as convection, which is the movement caused within a fluid by the tendency of hotter and therefore less dense material to rise, and colder, denser material to sink under the influence of gravity, which consequently results in transfer of heat, any other mist that tried to enter Kenji's area of effect would either evaporate or raise high above him, creating a cloud cover over Kenji. Not finished yet, with a clap of his hands, in two puffs of smoke 2 Lightning Shadow Clones would appear near Kenji, standing back to back with him to form a 360° field of protection around himself, each with their own Hitodama orbs and with katanas drawn. The Uchiha drew his own katana and got into a ready stance, keeping his head on a swivel and eyes looking to-and-fro. Thanks to the properties of the Lightning Shadow Clones, they were just and physically there as an ordinary Shadow Clone, and could perform jutsu just as well and retaining the memory-transfer from clone to original for intel purposes. However, when struck down, these clones, instead of simply dispersing, they would revert to their natural lightning state. Normally, this would electrocute the destroyer, sending a sharp shock throughout their bodies. But Kenji had implemented these two with a special property. His Raiton: Jisatsu technique was in effect on these clones. As the name implies, this technique is a destructive ninjutsu that revolves around detonating a doppelganger with extreme force and trapping the target within an intense explosion of lightning. Once the doppelganger is naturally destroyed through combat or voluntarily detonated by the user, the insueing explosion will be a fireworks display of lightning enhanced chakra. The magnitude of this technique is a cataclysmic explosion that could even level a building from the inside and evaporate solid stone. Now all Kenji had to do was wait and see where the mysterious Uchiha would appear. He also kept tabs on Kuro, making sure her chakra signature (above the mist, thus able to be sensed) didn't drop dramatically, which would mean a fatal blow had been hit.
