Alili was curled up in Maawio's den. Her mates mother had graciously gone for her morning stroll to allow Alili some peace with her cubs. Maawio had been a wonderful help, gentle, attentive, and obviously overjoyed, but did not overcrowd them at their special time. She had allowed them to use her large den, and the pair were grateful. Mbari had gone with his mother. Maawio had insisted, mostly to prevent Mbari from fawning over the babies obsessively. He was already a wonderful father, but the paranoia he hosted had transferred it's subject to be their newborns for the while.
Her black body was laying out across the floor of the den, her tail beating about idly and bringing up some dust. This was all new to her, but was magical. She looked at her tiny cubs with wonder. So precious and fragile but already they had little personalities, and had grown so much.
Machwa was curled up close next to her momma, still so small and fragile she blinked up at all the shapes she could see until they came into focus. Her siblings wriggled beside her and she broke away quietly to move into a less crowded part of the den.
Alizeti felt her sister move and snuggled up closer towards her siblings. Even at such a young age she was loving and cheerful. She opened her large amber eyes and purred happily.
((Cubs are just starting to walk/talk. You are all welcome to participate but do not have to. <3))

Zosie God I am such a butt sorry. Snuggled in between his sisters and brother, the tiny golden cub just mewed as Machwa broke away from the pile of wriggling bodies and he shakily moved to his paws. If only to scramble slightly onto his mother's side with shakey little limbs like the tiniest and hafhazardly balanced of conquerors.
"M-Machwa! No go far!" He piped up defiantly before flopping slightly onto his backside, his mother making a plush and comfortable landing pad for his tiny posterior.

Jioni yawned, jostled awake by his siblings wiggling and shifting. Ugh, he groaned and opened one eye, taking a few moments to try and focus. He whinged quietly, wiggling closer to his mother without really actually standing up, rather he shifted across the floor like some sort of weird lion slug. He was still tired, why were they all moving so much?
"Shhh," he whimpered pitifully, in protest. He pawed at whichever of his siblings were closest.
