The town streets are a place were travelers come through from there jobs, visit, or simply pass through, and everyday life goes on in these areas.

Jasmine headed out late in the evening. It was still hard to believe that someone would be scared to walk across town at dusk! It wasn't even someone so important like a politician or figure head! Not a rich guy or child or feeble elder. Nope. Nothing of the reasonable sort. Nope. So, who was this person of incredible levels of paranoia? Why, a middle aged woman! Was she pretty? No. Was she rich? No. Any known enemies or threats? That would be a negative. So, surely there had to be some threat to the world to make this client that paranoid to cross town. Nah, no such friction in this side of the world! Then there would have to be rabid, wild animals or some mass cerial killer, or even a report of kidnapping--a single report--to raise up some level of caution, right? Right!? Nope. It was quiet as ever in this little town. The crime rate was rather low, and the client herself hadn't faced serious danger--so why the big fuss?
"Vandals?" Jasmine said, repeating as though she must have heard it wrong.
"You have to have heard about it!" The client exclaimed, a shrill tone in her high pitched voice. Even Jasmine--bubbly Jasmine--had a hard time buying into it. All this paranoia from a few pranks from some dumb kids who thought it was funny? It was such a low misdemeanor that no one ever bothered to report about it. It wasn't really so much of a crime as it was just being regularly annoying and childish. "They throw fire snaps and paint lude images--and they make so much noise that no one is getting any peace to sleep at night!" The client lady complained more and more in her whiny, high pitched, shrilly tone.
"I'm sure whoever it is will get bored soon and call it quits. I'm betting its just a few really dumb kids looking to get attention by acting out," She tried to reassure the rattled client.
"My nerves are already to shaken with all the stress from work and now I get no sleep on my nights off! I just can't take it! And now there's the fear of vandals jumping out from the shadows to tear at my last nerve before I break down into a weep! Children or not, they need a swift kick to teach them a lesson!"

"Hmm... Get some kids to stop all the pranks huh?" Jasmine looked over her next job. Dark was setting in and her mind was a mess with morals against tactics. " I guess the best way would be to out-prank them. A good scare would be more than enough, I think. But... How do you pull off a big prank like that?" She crossed her arms, trying to come up with as many possible scenarios as she could for this task. She didn't want to hurt anyone; they were only kids after all, and there was no need to rough them up when they hadn't hurt anyone yet. They weren't criminals, just a few riled up kids who were looking to make some trouble and have a laugh.
"Ahh, Jonquil was more of a prankster than I was. And Aster was such an easy target. What kind of a prank would he pull?" She though about her brother. "I think I have a few in mind. Hopefully one of them is bound to work. I'll have to remember to write to Jon and thank him for the idea!"
At night, she walked the streets, leaving herself looking open and lost in the dark. Who else would there be to make a more perfect mark for a prank? And she didn't have to wait all that long before someone threw the first prank. It was a simple and small fire cracker--though with the help of her magic, she made the blast look grossly exaggerated! Her Sakura Grace spell gave the illusion of a lost leg, and her fall made to be dramatic.
At once the boys behind it showed themselves, looking panic striken. "Why...? Why did you do this?" Jasmine feigned her death words. "If you weren't bad boys, I wouldn't be dying."
"It was just a fire cracker! You can't be dying!"
"Nope, I'm dying." She turned her head, her body turning into petals to be taken by the breeze. "If you never pranked poor people in the streets, no one would have died. But you did..." The spell finished, taking her a short distance away. The boys cried out and ran scared. 'That oughtta do it,' She thought as she became solid again.
