I decided since this Guild isn't accomplishing the task or coming anywhere close to keeping contact with Guild Staff to try to work something out about getting Guilds 2.0 to happen that it's time for a new Guild that can be a partner Guild of this one. I know there was previously another Guild about this topic, but it was only talking about maybe making one and this one is about recruiting for such a Guild. I'll be the Captain of the Guild only in name and we will elect our VCs and the one of them that will be the true Captain of the Guild.
The Guild will do more than just try to accomplish Guilds 2.0 actually. The other main task of the Guild shall be to help increase Guilds' Popularity. Other tasks the Guild will partake in can be decided on later by the Guild Staff.
