Kivuli's interest had been piqued by the pack early on, she'd wandered all over the lands and had not found a place that was intriguing as this. It had an eerie sort of beauty to it, and a darkness that meant she wasn't easily seen. She liked a place she felt she could fit into, and this certainly seemed like one.
Though she had to admit that times were quiet, beyond her duties in the pack she hadn't established much of a social life. There were hyena here who had families and mates, but she doubted that kind of life would suit her. It was her own doing really, keeping herself to herself, but today she felt like getting out there a little bit more.
She strolled quickly, nodding to any pack members that she passed on her way, decided to take an impromptu scout of the borders.

Nuru ran fast today. He honestly had no reason to be in a rush from what others could see but to him he still had the sickly feeling that he was being chased by killer bees that were no doubt hot on his trail. Luckily for him that wasn't exactly the case. The bees had given up on Nuru long, long ago last night after they realized just how determined he was to hide from them.
The reason he had managed to cause the bees to be angry in the first place? Frustrated him, after having spent hours at their nest and trying to figure out a way to get it down had decided wonderfully that barking at them until they all came out was going to end well.
He wasn't even watching where he was going sprinting through the graveyard. A bumbling black mass he accidently tripped over something and majestically face planted onto the hard skull riddled ground. "ow."Zohwhee sorry for the delay for all of these, I haven't been feeling that great lately. =_="

Kivuli was walking quickly, and her eyes flicked from side to side as she patrolled the dark lands, it all seemed quiet.
She suddenly heard a scurrying noise and pressed forward, until she realised that they were pawsteps, and they were coming from behind her.
As the black Hyena whipped herself around to investigate, she saw a similarly coloured creature lying face down in the dirt.
Kivuli let out a half-cackle, but approached the male with a smile - he was one of her own, after all.
"What happened there?"

"The ground tripped me!" He exclaimed. "It shouldn't have done that the bees will catch me!"
Speaking of he had managed to abandon one of his friends at the beehive leaving her to pick up the honey or run away from even more angry bees. Oh gosh, he hoped she was okay. It would have been terrible if Eua was all hurt and injured because of him...
"Are they following me?" He turned to look and see if he could sense even the faintest noise of humming. Just because he couldn't see them didn't mean they weren't there... Oh. Wait. That was ghosts, not bees.

The female cocked a brow and looked over the male warily. He seemed a strange one- if truth be told.
She'd never seen bees, but she'd heard of them. However, why this male was running from them was another matter entirely. Kivuli knew they would sting when angered, and that would undoubtedly be painful, but she doubted she would get herself into a situation that required her to run full pelt away from them.
Perhaps he had accidentally disturbed a nest? She looked behind the male carefully.
"No... Bees.."
"Why are you running from bees?!"

"They don't like me." Nuru said in reply to the new female's question. He was relieved greatly when she told him the pests had decided to give up on their chase.
"There was a tree at the borders." He began explaining. "Honey is supposed to be sweet and yummy, so I was barking at them to give me some. But they just got angry at me!" That and he had tried to knock down the nest before. They didn't like that too much either.
Well if it said anything Nuru was certain he wouldn't have liked someone trying to destroy his home either. So he could understand their reaction to sting him.
"Whew. I'm glad they finally stopped following me." He finally decided to stand and look somewhat presentable at this point.

"Um...."
Kivuili looked over Nuru with a strange impression, the hyena seemed like the opposite of a lot of those within the pack, and of her, in true.
He seemed quite childish and almost sweet, but also a little foolish.
"Well... Now we have learnt for next time, haven't we?" She said a little patronizingly.
"And if you'd have been stung, you would have learnt that it really hurts too. Even if honey is nice, it's not worth it" She said firmly. She wasn't entirely sure what made her think she could talk some sense into the male, but she might as well try.

Zosie Ohmygosh, I'm so sorry, I forgot to tag this earlier! ;A; "Yep, no more honey for me!" He laughed brightly. Nuru was just happy that the female hadn't kicked him yet. Most of the pack tended to do that when Nuru game ramming into them unexpectedly. He was truly delighted that their appeared to be an exception to that mindset.
A look of concern washed over his face quickly though. "I had a friend with me." He was quick to explain. "I hope she got away while I distracted the bees." Nuru would feel insanely guilty if his companion had gotten injured because of him and his recklessness.
Though to be fair she had voluntarily joined Nuru, knowing full well his intentions were to scare the bees off into getting their honey...
"What's your name?" He asked, deciding to change the subject. "Mines Nuru Moyo, but most folks just call me Nuru."
