Are you interested in proving your skill as a Pokemon Trainer? Then take on the Double League!!! In the Double League, trainers must face and defeat 8 of the 10 gym leaders to earn the right to take on the Elite Four. Once the Elite Four have been defeated, the challenger may take on the Guild Champion for a chance to become the new Guild Champion.
Rules for Members:
All posts and comments must comply with the Gaia TOS.
For everyone's safety, the only off site information members may share are their Nintendo 3DS and 2DS friend codes.
No fighting! Keep discussion peaceful and classy.
Rules for Challengers:
Challengers may not use hacked Pokemon.
Challengers must comply with the battle rules of the gym they are challenging.
Challengers must request a battle from the Gym Leader by posting in that gym's forum.
If a challenger is having trouble challenging a Gym Leader or Elite Four Member, please report the issue to Project_Roddy
Rules for Gym Leaders:
Gym leaders must accept all challenges that have been requested in their forum.
Gym leaders must declare a the type of Pokemon and the battle format he or she will be using before accepting challenges. All gym leaders' teams must consist of either two types of Pokemon or a team in which all of their Pokemon's abilities at tied to one type of weather condition:
EX: A team in which each Pokemon's ability is either Dry Skin, Hydration, Rain Dish, Swift Swim, Drizzle, and/or Primordial Sea
Gym leaders may not use the same two types of Pokemon as another gym leader. Two gyms may have one Pokemon type in common:
Gym 1: Dark and Ghost, Gym 2: Fairy and Grass - Allowed
Gym 1: Dark and Ghost, Gym 2: Dark and Fairy - Allowed
Gym 1: Dark and Ghost, Gym 2: Dark and Ghost - Not Allowed
Gym leaders must be available to moderate their own forums.
Gym leaders must post the Gaia Username of any challenger that defeats them in their certified trainers thread.
Gym leaders must be available to accept at least 4 challengers per week.
Rules for Elite Four:
Elite Four Members must be available to moderate their own forum.
Elite Four Members must be available during bi-monthly challenge periods to defend their position as Elite Four members.
Elite Four Members must be available to accept at least 2 challenges per week.
Elite Four Members must post the Gaia Username of any challenger that defeats them in their certified trainers thread.
Elite Four Members are not limited to the Pokemon type restrictions of Gym Leaders.
