Since your character was posted at the party (I just went to make sure which character was yours), you can have Kakumei think over how chaotic and awful the party was because of the crazy, fire sword-wielding Porath and his seriously abused ginormous dragon Tarvainth crashed the party, kidnapped one of the party guests (Chua the purple dragon), destroyed the ballroom of Kuro Shiro Manor, and killed/injured many party guests. Kakumei could be asking around about how the town will handle this threat and such.

Actually, I was just going to have him walking around the streets after waking up in a closet where the party was located. xD

Probably passed right out. He walked from several miles beneath the earth to come up the the surface away from his people, so he probably crashed right out. xD

hey guys, sorry i've been hillariously inactive. im kinda going through some rough times and i dont have enough money to pay for my internet. so i've been out of it for a while. im using my phone as a mobile hotspot at the moment. so im really sorry. i probably wont have a stable connection for another month or so. im really sorry

I owe a huge apology.
After having made a big stink about being removed for inactivity, a bunch of crap happens to me and I end up being super, super inactive.
I'm going to try to jump right back into this, with a fixed up character/character sheet, and all the fixes.
