Underneath the Oppel Cave there is a network of tunnels that runs deep into the earth below. At this point, no natural light enters the cave, and the Pokémon prefer to live in the dark. When disturbed by unnatural sources of light the Pokémon living here react violently and forcibly remove or destroy said source of light. Thousands of years ago many Pokémon were trapped underground during a cataclysmic earthquake. Their fossils can sometimes still be found in the tunnel walls.
Wild Pokémon Native to the Area:
Zubat, Golbat, Diglett, Dugtrio, Onix, Steelix, Wobbuffet, Dunsparce, Nosepass, Sableye, Patrat, Watchog, Drillbur, Excadrill, Roggenrola, Boldore, Druddigon, Golett, Carbink, Noibat, Duraludon
Skull Fossils and Armor Fossils can be found here using the Explorer's Kit and HM Rock Smash. [Each person is allowed to obtain only one fossil from here]
