I used to love the banquet box dinner with the biscuits on top. But I always felt like there was not enough biscuits, it was too hard to spread it on top. Finally I realized I could make it on my own.
Basically I use the directions according to the biscuits for what temp. It usually takes 10-15 mins longer than the biscuit can says.
What you need:
1 can vegetables (any kind) or equivalent in fresh or frozen 1 can biscuits (any kind but I like 8 mega ones) 1 cup mashed potato flakes or 1 1/2 cup real mashed potatoes 1 cup water IF using flakes 1/3-2/3 cup milk As much butter as you want, hehe (even though you shouldn't...) Pepper Salt Casserole Dish (Big enough to fit at least 8 big biscuits)
Put potatoes in first. If making flakes mix it in the dish. Then pour in milk and spread the potatoes evenly. Put a small amount of salt and pepper over the top and a bit of butter. Then pour the veggies on top. Then more salt and pepper. Now for the biscuits. I flatten them out to make them cover the entire thing. Once cooked, it hardly looks like biscuits anymore. Now put a bit more butter and salt and pepper if you like. I use a lot of pepper but not much salt. Put it in the oven and after the time on the biscuits just check it every 5. Make sure the biscuits aren't gooey in the middle. I do this recipe different all the time.. different biscuits or veggies. I have never used real mashed potatoes though.. so lazy. xD So the measurement for real potatoes is a guess. But basically it needs to cover the bottom of the pan.
I love making this. It's easy as heck and takes about 30 mins.
Also use a spatula to get it out. Much easier than anything else and it can cut through it as well.

I figure because I try so hard in other areas it's okay if I indulge in a few bad things. Butter is definitely one.

I eat noodles almost every day. Usually with only butter. :3 You should get noodles made out of veggies if you can. They are much better for you. I do that or eat spaghetti squash.

Crimsonredrabbit no its just my stomach is sensitive... it sucks.. Ah. I have the same problem actually. I haven't gotten sick hardly at all though since I became a vegetarian in.. August I think. But I had a whole breakthrough then and started drinking water as well and watching everything I eat better. I wonder if going by the BRAT diet would be good for you. I like it because it's called BRAT. xD But I was reading for nausea it's good to eat bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. They said potatoes and and pasta were also good for this diet but it didn't sound good in their abbreviation. xD But you know, they are all pretty bland foods. I don't think nutritionally it would be good to eat only those things but those are the best foods for difficult stomachs. Could be why you eat so much pasta.. you body might crave it cause it knows you won't get sick.
