- A popular relaxation spot after a long day's work for many members of the Third Division, Hyakuban Izakaya is a bar and restaurant renowned for its warm, vibrant atmosphere and excellent traditional Japanese cuisine. Its meals are filling, reasonably priced, and without compare. The sake is brought in from the Rukon District, where the rice is grown and fermented into wine.
Long ago, before the grounds that are now governed by the Third Division were controlled and regulated, this building was at the heart of a thriving red light district as a highly-active brothel. Following the Third Division's repurposing of the land, the building was also refashioned - into a bustling restaurant and bar. The interior still boasts much of its classical feel, but its days as a pleasure house have long since passed.
