West City (西の都) is a large "megalopolis" on Earth in the Dragon Ball series. Out of the 43 regions that the Earth is dividing into, it is included in region 28. It is also the location of Capsule Corporation's main headquarters.

"Damn him." His voice muttered as he took to the streets. The odd clothing he wore, even for this era brought attention. His scarf was worn with pride, though he had not given it a thought that he may need a change, his pride didn't let him think about those things. He had a hand in the pocket and one on his scarf, hiding his mouth as he muttered to himself about his brother. "Why do we need these damned contraptions anyway. " He said while looking around at all the people in the town who looked at him funny. His crimson glare, though, did not seem to change. His mouth was in a frown, as always while his body hunched slightly, due to him being uncomfortable. "And why the hell should I walk? I mean, it's not like these people haven't seen flying before." His irritation began to peak just thinking about it. His eyes blinked while he felt it. It was so close. His mouth gritted his teeth while he on the other hand kept a clenched fist. The inhale seem to be built up for a moment like this while he turned his head and yelled, "THE HELL ARE YOU STARING AT, YOU HAVE A F*CKING DOG FACE DAMMIT!" He told to one of the onlookers. He began to breath deeply while his muscles tensed and relaxed.
