Personality:Naïve - Lottie is a naïve dreamer, she sees the world behind rose tinted glasses always believing that good will triumphant and that anything you set your mind to it will come true no matter what. Highly optimistic and loyal, she always tries to see the good in people letting her trust at times over take her ability to judge others. She believes that there is no such thing as truly evil existing in the world and tends to put too much faith into people doing the right thing.
Best Friend – Lottie is loyal, she will keep your secrets, be a shoulder you can cry on and most certainly do anything she needs to do if you need help. There is no doubt that she has a habit of meddling into peoples affairs, if you upset she will ask and bug you about it, if someone is bothering you she will step in and do what she can to fix the situation even if that means rigging something up.
Recklessly Brave – A knight never turns from danger, and Lottie insist that she must defend all especially her friends. Lottie has no problem leaping into any situation however never thinking about the consequences before hand. Wearing her emotions on her sleeve she has a horrible habit of sprouting whatever comes to her lips first and thinking about what she said afterwards, usually creating deeper holes than need be. She for the most part has no issue in telling the truth feeling that honesty is the best policy unless she feels that the truth would hurt someone’s feelings.
Stubborn Justice – Lottie believes in doing right, cheating, lying, scamming anything of that nature is not the way a knight should behave. Being able to be relied by her allies, and showing the loyalty to her friends all of this are true marks of a knight. Her downfall is she can be stubborn about it, when she sets her mind to it and it’s rather hard to encourage her to change from it. There’s no doubt that she can be rather bull headed and will defend what she believes in fighting tooth and nail.
History:Lottie was born to a respectable merchant father and seamstress and fashion designer mother who catered to most middle class women in clothing (and a few nobles). She has one older brother that is particularly fond of his little sister always watching over her. Growing up Lottie’s family could afford a tutor for both children (rather insistent upon the son to take over the family’s business and learning what was necessary). Lottie was expected to tag along in her mother’s interest of sewing however she was far more interested in the fairy tales her brother would read to her. The idea of knights and mythical beast out there in the world let Lottie’s mind wander with excitement and the never seeing beyond the wall only encouraged her interest. On her spare time she would make out of her mother’s scrapes small little plush figures of dragons and knights and princess and so forth that her mother would sell in the shop for the patron kids.
Catering to his daughter’s whims of imagining herself as a knight figure Lottie and her brother were able to train in traditional fencing as long as she promised to practice her sewing in return.
