Hey guys, the name's Rabid ^^ Still working out some issues (I can never seem to get enough protein) but honestly since I switched to the meat-free life, I've never felt healthier or more energetic! I'm a Lacto-Ovo vegetarian; I actually stopped eating meat for medical reasons. I get along with pretty much everyone and respect people's views as long as they respect mine. So hiiiiiiiiii. If you know any ways to get protein, feel free to share

Hello! To answer your question, I recommend beans. Any beans work but soy beans are the best. Chick peas too! heart
