FULL NAME: Lan Meigui
ALIAS : "The wondering fairy", or "Mei"
NICKNAMES: One of Lan Meigui's nicknames is simply Lan, a shortened version of her name, but Lan Meigui means "Blue Rose," so sometimes people call her Blue, or Rose. She allows any variation of her actual name, since no one seems to be able to quite remember Lan Meigui very well, because it is a Chinese name.
DATE OF BIRTH: November 26th [11/26]
CURRENT AGE: Lan would consider herself 17, because that's how old she would probably be if she were human, and likes to consider her human form to be 10, because it is so small, but she is actually 223 years old.
GENDER: She is most defiantly Female
ORIGIN OF BIRTH: Lan was born in Gehenna, the demon world, on the outskirts of the city.
OCCUPATION: Wanderer/adventurer/prankster
HUMAN POSSESSION APPEARANCE: This little girl, is Lan's human form, although she can't quite get her ears just right. When in this form she goes by "Mei" and tries to pretend to be a little human girl when she is in the human world, and around normal humans.
Mei is small with long pink hair that's almost always down, a pale complexion, and deep blue eyes. She has a small build with short legs and short arms, she has small fingers that can barely grasp things, and small feet that barely support her body. In her human form she always wears her really big hoodie that drags along the ground as she walks, the hoodie is white and has a long blue stripe down the sleeves.
In the summer, if Lan is still in her human form she tucks the hoodie messily into her shorts, and takes off her black boots to put on sandals, and puts her hair up into two pink pigtails.
In the winter she has a cute little wool panda hat with the face of a panda on the front and little black panda ears sewn into the top.
PARTIAL DEMON APPEARANCE: This is Lan's partial demon form, and can typically be found in this form when not around normal humans. Her outfit is covered in her signature blue roses. Lan's outfit was half bought, and half created herself. She has a four blue rose hair ties made from fake roses, a ruffled neck garment with a fake blue rose, she has a strapless white dress with a sleeveless/strapless twin tailed coat, a little gold accessory with straps attached, and frilly black and blue sleeves, and gloves that only cover her wrist, index and middle finger. She also has black socks that reach halfway up her thigh, and boots that fold over at the top. Lastly, she has a headband that looks like a crown that she feels her outfit would not have been completed if she didn't have it. Her hair is white and always in two pigtails, her eyes are light blue, and her skin is pale, she has a slender build, with small slender hands, and small feet.
When it's too hot, she has white flats she would wear with black tights, and removes the twin tailed coat, her sleeves, gloves and neck garment.
When it's too cold, she removes her sleeves and neck garment to wear a winter coat, and has her hair down in a low ponytail
TRUE DEMON APPEARANCE: This is Lan's full form, and where she gets the name "The wondering fairy." For sometimes it's quicker to travel this way, and when she's seen, people usually say they just saw a fairy. Her true form is a human like shape made of electricity and wind. Which looks like it's dancing around as she moves. But because she's only a human shape in this form, she doesn't actually wear clothes.

But those who do take it upon themselves to kill others, have to be prepared to have others try to kill them.

TATTOOS : On her demon form Lan has a tattoo of wings on her back that are really her wings when they fold up into hiding.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Lan has pointed ears, and horns. Lan's eyes also glow when she's angry.

PERSONALITY:

• Lan is double minded, she is both shy and social, but that's mainly because Lan pushes her comfort zones in order to have more fun with things. So even if she is shy, she loves pushing herself to talk to people, and see what happens. Lan also loves messing with people. With her god speed she can do things to people without them even knowing she was there, and she loves it. She also laughs at her own jokes, and can create a pun from just about anything, and laughs at anything cheesy, puny, or random.
  However, Lan can also be very serious, and sometimes this trigger will switch at the drop of a hat, and can usually confuse people. She's also very curious, and can find herself following strange things, or people for no reason. Her curiosity even gets her to listen to people's long winded stories. Lan's angry side can be quite frightening to those who don't know her. Her eyes glow a neon color and she starts growling, which has a ghostly echo for some reason.
  When Sad, frustrated, or scared, she looses control and goes into her true form, where, when sad, lightning shoots from her body like tear drops. When unbelievably angry her true form looks like it is exploding.
  

LIKES: Lan likes meeting new people, hearing their stories, and discovering their experiences. She likes finding people with weird styles and trying to solve mysteries, she's never turned down a good mystery. She defiantly loves blue roses, and also finds herself craving sweets if she hasn't had any in a day or so. She likes stuffed animals and can find herself lost in any toy store. She also loves the sky any time of the day, cloudy, rainy, stormy, sunny, snowing, etc. She loves dancing in thunder storms, and she knows she's had a good day, after being able to dance in a thunder storm in her true form.
DISLIKES: There are way more things that make Lan extremely irritated than there are that make her happy because sometimes even the things she likes can aggravate her, such as sometimes she'll meet a new person who's such an a** she wants to rip their tongues out. Sometimes she'll find people with styles that make her gag [ex: too much skin showing on a morbidly obese woman], if she goes too long without chocolate it makes her cranky, if she finds a battered stuffed animal in the trash, she gets angry at the way it was treated. If it's too hot, or too cold she gets mad, if the rain ruins what she's doing, she gets mad. People who act mightier, then they actually are, make her mad. Stupid people aggravate her worse though, just plain stupidity, and stubbornness.
HOBBIES:Lan likes finding and collecting things she finds interesting and just lying around for anyone to take, she also takes time out of her days to observe a partly cloudy day, to find shapes in the sky.

• Spotting:: Lan is extremely good at spotting things from near or far away. She isn't sure what it is about her eyes, but it is almost as if she can zoom in and out at certain times, and spot things even if it is really well camouflaged.
  
• Finding:: Lan is also strangely good at finding things. Whether it be yours or hers, it doesn't matter if it's big or the size of a needle, she'll find it. It also doesn't matter if it's living or not, she'll find it.
  
• Pick pocket/Switcheroo:: Growing up on the streets Lan became very good at picking pockets without anyone even knowing she was there. She never stole too much from anyone, just enough to maybe buy something to eat, and she was only ever caught once, her first time. She reached into the wrong pocket. Lan can also replace items without anyone knowing it had even been moved, and she uses this expertise to prank people.
