Terra's plans had not been going well....or anywhere really. The little bots who dared call themselves Robot Masters were unwilling to work with him, even his own subordinate Pluto wouldn't work with him! Well, it was more that they needed to talk about it. Pluto, while vain, was an asset after all. So, that was what he decided to do.
Until he saw a familiar, large, mop of hair. Ah, the tiny little star child. He had caught Terra's eye several days ago, during another session of 'Taunt the little metal scrap called 'Protoman' time'. He had been bouncing around, and had even had the nerve to jump onto him and mess with his hair! He intrigued Terra, because he was too good to admit he might have crush. He also appealed to the larger bot for a such simpler reason;power. The tiny little guy just oozed power some days, and Terra lo--was left even more intrigued.
Pluto could wait he decided, making his way over to the tiny robot.

Star.EXE stretched himself out and sighed a sigh that he really didn't have to do. Right now the tiny man-child-bot was just walking around the Tower in a daze. Proto was gone, off grid, and Bass was working towards recovery with the help of Crash, which meant Magma, too, so his normal buddy was gone finding the best parts for the General. It left Star to do absolutely jack since everyone was scrambling around.
With his scarf swishing behind him as he walked, Star wasn't sure where he was going, where he was. Then he heard foot steps behind him and he blinked, turning around and looking up, and up, and up some more until he realized it was that big bot. He backed up so he didn't have to strain his neck and then just grinned.
"Oh, Terra-Chia. Fancy meeting you here." Even his voice sounded small. Terra's nickname was chia because of his hair and there was no getting around that. He didn't use it to make the other mad or anything, but it just happened.

Terra-Chia!? Dammit, even the little one was using that name! Heads were going to roll dammit, as soon as he was sure the higher ups were distracted. Especially aluminum scraps, the useless little thing might one day prove a threat, especially when his comrade was repaired.
An event Terra might have to enure wouldn't happen, but that would be for later planning. Right now, he had a distraction. Terra picked up the other, keeping in mind that he seemed to like being high up, and continued walking. "Yes, I was" making a map in his head of the tower, for reasons. "Walking around, I haven't had the opportunity since my arrival. And why are you out on your own?"

Star stared at Terra as he seemed to process the nickname and then blinked when he was picked up and carried off. it made him huff a little and his shifted, grabbing onto Terra's arm and climbed onto his shoulders, sitting so his chest was on the back of Terra's head and he smooshed that hair down to rest his head on top of Terra's own. There. He was content like this. He swung his feet to kick the other in the chest a bit.
"Because Magma's gone off to help look for General Proto and General Bass is with Bubble looking for parts." Ah, the honesty of a little kid. Only he wasn't a little kid. He was a fully grown bot.

Terra grunted at being kicked in the chest. It didn't hurt really...okay, it kind of did, but that was good, it meant the little one had potential. Oh, so Protoman and junk heap number two were occupied? Terra liked this turn of events. And that rather....huge robot was out too? If it weren't for Starman and wanting to keep him with him, Terra would probably have begun a rather rash take over...Yeah, good thing Starman was there. As it is, Terra felt a bit restless now, he needed to leave the tower. "Star, how about we go out? I haven't had the chance to survey our city." And maybe they could harass some citizens, that would prove entertaining for a bit.

"Where are we going to go, Terra? Everyone out there is trying to scrap us bots. Do you really want to risk it? Your height won't matter. They took down Bass." He just made a face at Terra and tugged at that green hair. Those black eyes rolled, though no one could actually tell and he huffed a little more. He didn't want to go out there. He only came online here, he didn't want to be scrap metal all over again. That wouldn't be any fun.
"Now, unless this mess is over in the next five minutes, I say you have to stay in. But you can explore the Tower." Leave it to a child size bot to be a voice of reason.

The flesh kind didn't really matter to Terra, he knew he could simply strike them down, but....he did not think he wanted his friend(?) to be attacked. So, huffing (not sighing dammit) He reluctantly agreed. "Then we'll stay in and occupy ourselves here. Do you have something you want to do?" The tiny robot my be well, tiny, but Terra knew Star deserved respect, out of all of the towers occupants (except maybe Pluto, if he would listen), so he would let the other decide their course of action, or activities as the case was.

Terra huff-sighed and Star just giggled a little at that, resting his head on Terra's own as he got completely comfortable. Something he wanted to do? Star's grin only got wider as he shifted, to look upside down at Terra, straight in the eye. "Let's go rearrange Bass and Proto's room. I don't think they'll mind too much."
