- ♦♦ INDEPENDENT ♦♦ Kara doesn't follow other peoples lead, she likes to dance to her own beat; she really doesn't care if she has friends, if people like her. She could care less about any of that. None of it matter except her want for freedom.
♦♦ INTELLIGENT ♦♦ Kara is very intelligent; ever since she was small she started picking up on things from watching her brothers do things. It lead to her quickly understanding what was going on in her family. She's very observant, she sees when things are going on.
♦♦ SECRETIVE ♦♦ Kara doesn't really like to share things with people, four bothersome older brothers made her like this; she needed to hide everything including grades or she'd never hear the end of it. Heaven forbid she get a crush on someone; the twins would rip the poor boy apart.
♦♦ CUNNING ♦♦ Kara has no problem using deceit to get things she wants, usually this comes in when sneaking around the school looking for hidden things. She likes finding things she shouldn't. Bit of a rebel she can be.

♦♦ WHO I AM ♦♦ Kara is very independent, having grown up with a much older sister, and four older brothers Kara learned how to take care of herself, whether it was causing trouble or getting blamed for it. She got beat up a few times by her older brothers, nothing too bad, a split lip and a couple of bruises but it taught her that she had too look out for herself. She learned not to rely on anyone, especially her family because they wouldn't always be around, having four older brothers also made it difficult when trying to hide secrets; making Kara get sneaky and creative about the things she was doing and thinking. At a young age she became very good in hiding things from her family, her famous poker face let nothing show, even her brothers were impressed by how it never cracked. Above all else though she was smart; another thing which lead to her brothers making fun of her more; she learned to ignore them and instead hide her grades from school.

- ♦♦ CHILDHOOD ♦♦
Kara was the last child her parents had, she wasn't the least bit spoiled by her family though, if anything she had to fight especially hard just to get some kind of affection from her parents. An older sister, already out of the house, four older brothers. Things were hard for this young witch, her parents worked leaving the older boys to watch after Kara, of course which lead to them teasing her and abusing her as older brothers do. At the age of four Kara met her best friend for life, her neighbor Freyja Axel who was the same age as her, they even shared the same birthday! She got blamed for things that hadn't been her fault, about the age of Seven she realized that if she didn't do anything she wouldn't be recognized by her parents who were quite busy with their wizarding business. Young Kara learned a thing or two from her older brothers, she learned how to sneak in and out of the house, how to hide and be completely quiet, how to be secretive and above all else, how to tell a convincing lie. All of these things she used to sneak out of the house at night to visit with Freyja, the two girls fed off each other in what their parents called an unhealthy way. Which lead to the girls being kept away from each other for a summer when they were 11, and that was when Kara's powers went haywire. By the time her parents realized it was much too late to change the girl, and while her brothers had went off to Hogwarts; Kara was sent off to Beuxbatons in hopes that's the school could whip the young girl into a fit state for the youngest daughter of this prominent family.
♦♦ BEUXBATON ♦♦
They had made the mistake of sending her where her best friend and neighbor was also going, the two girls made a connection at a young age and did everything they could together. From their first year they did nothing but cause trouble, hating everything about the school. Primp, prissy little twits were what the other girls were, but of course year after year that were forced back in hopes that the taint Kara's brothers had placed in her would be washed away. As if. If anything the whole school made her act out more, Freyja and her had decided to change their school marks, making themselves have a slightly higher grade, mostly so they could just get in trouble. They hoped this would be the last and final straw, and they were right. As they had been caught changing their final score for the class they were reprimanded and asked in a none too pleasant way not to come back, also sending a letter home with them about it.

Hlin was embarrassed by the way her daughter was acting, ashamed even, didn't know what to do with the young girl after she was kicked out of the most prominent and respected school to find a wonderful rich and pure blooded family for her to marry into. She was compared to Lofn, who was in a lovely career making wonderful money and she was married to a wonderful rich pure blooded french man, who had a younger brother; something she had been impressing upon Kara for years.
Kvasir had gone to Durmstrang, and knew more often then not the boys from that school would enjoy the company of his youngest daughter, and often invited them along, but most of them were slow and dimwitted and she could easily intellectually maneuver them within four minutes of meeting them. Kvasir was both impressed by his youngest daughter and yet it did worry him too, he didn't know what to do with her either, she was worse them her brothers by far and so the parents came up with the only alternative they had. Hogwarts.
♦♦ PARTIES ♦♦
How Kara hated those parties. Her parents were rich socialites, having a party every weekend where other rich people had to come over, and if it wasn't a party at their house they were attending, it was the Axel's or one of the other god forsaken rich wizards or witches around this area. The old woman whose children were grown and married like to sit around an judge the other peoples children, Kara was a much talked about young witch of course being the problem child. The old bats women liked too talk loudly about how horrible Kara was, about how she was ungrateful for her mother getting her into Beuxbatons; about how she was a failure. That laid to Kara disappearing more often than not throughout the parties, heading into the forest around their house where she'd lay in her gown on the grass staring up into the dark night sky staring at the twinkling stars, one of the things she loved.
