As you walk into this room, it is bright with sunshine. The windows are large and stand tall with the walls of the room. Between each window is a statue of the first five families "Family Crests." The room is decorated with sofas and chairs, a lovely dark stained wood coffee table. Bookshelves filled with books and a beautiful grand piano.
(I apologize for the description, I knew I was not going to be able to find a photo for this.)
First Five Families current living persons:
1) Jessierys & Claudius
2) Cassandra and Noctis
3) Siena (Family is now, all deceased)
4) Gabriel, Elvira,Elijah
5) Kael & Kaitlyn

The Original led Siena and Cassandra into the First Families room of the castle. The room showed each of the First Five Families of Vil-lon. The Families do not include Ulrik and Markus, but they do have their statue at the middle window and the families branch off from their statues. It was such a beautiful room, it was his favorite room, these people were his family. Well except the first family, that was the family that Siena did not know about. She had no idea who they were. He sighed and walked over to the statues of the people his wife didn't know about. Ulrik stared at the state for sometime before speaking, but when he did, Ulrik did not look at Siena.
"My love, these people that stand before us are the people we are fighting against. This is Jessierys and her father Claudius... The first of the five families... Yes, I know what you must be thinking and you probably don't believe it, but it is true. Cassandra can tell you herself.. Jessierys and I...."
Ulrik could almost not bring himself to say his next words, it hurt and was ashamed all at once. How was Siena going to take the news? He hoped not badly.. Him and Jessierys weren't even together anymore, so would it matter? Would she shun him away for his past? Ignoring his questions, for now, he continued...
"...were in love at one point in our lives.. Many, many years ago... It started several years before I even knew you existed, Siena... Cassandra and Noctis were the 2nd of the families, they were around during the time Jessierys and I were betrothed.... Siena, do you remember when I use to run off randomly for no reason? Well, I started to do that with Jessierys... I started running off out of no where. I was in search of the next family to continue our species, I wanted a court to help me rule for the future I was making. I already had Cassandra and Noctis, but I was in search of my third family. That's when I found your family. Poor, but noble people. They were what I was looking for, noble and proud. I offered them what they couldn't refuse, a home, a life. Safety. They wished to live in the area of their choosing, which I allowed of course. You were so young, you didn't know who I was. But I returned often, again, during the time I was with Jessierys. As a few more years went on I stopped coming back home, I was constantly traveling. Though, during my travels I was returning to your homestead to check on everyone and that was when I saw them all slaughtered and that you were missing. I was that one man that was a stranger, yet familiar to you. But I went on a rampage and killed all those hunters. I was in search of you, when I heard your cry. I ended that mans life to protect you, I took you to my mothers temple so you could heal.. Cassandra stayed with you as I searched for more families.. Then of course later the Triali Siblings came along and then Kael and Kaitlyn. I finally returned after the last two families were found and you had blossomed into an adult. I had fallen in love with you after the years I actually stayed at the temple. Then when I finally returned to Vil-lon Jessierys had fled out of anger and heart break when she heard of our love... Now... She is out for revenge... She wishes to seek harm for you and me. This war will not be a pretty one, Siena... and I hope you will forgive me for keeping this a secret... I was hoping Jessierys would forgive and forget.. But I was wrong and I am sorry, Siena..."
When he was done, he looked to Cassandra for help.. Hoping that Siena did not become angry with him. He didn't know what he would do if she became angry, he loved her and only her. He looked away from the statue after telling his story, then looked to the other family statues in the room. Then turned his back on all of them, feeling ashamed, angry, worried, and sick all together....

Siena walks with him and looks at all of the statue.When her beloved took her to the statues she didn't know.She tilts her head and looks at them full.She thought the woman was beautiful.When her husband started to talk she turns to look at him.
When she heard hims say "Jessierys and I were in love at one point in our lives" and "Jessierys and I were betrothed" Her eyes darken and started to turn red. She took a deep breath to calm herself.She listen to all he had to say.
She looks at him"You had another woman before me, this I can understand because you are much older than I. But what I can not understand is why you didn't face her and end your betrothal to her and tell her that your heart picked another. Why you didn't tell me in the first place? You know what I have been through. What I have lost. You made me believe I was your only love in the world. Yet this other woman had your heart first one you didn't truely tell her was over before you married me!"She turns and moves from him.She didn't even look at cassandra.She was hurting so much.Blood tears rolled down her cheeks.
She held herself as she tries to figure out what her mind wants. She knew he had a secret from her but she didn't expect this.She was upset. She did the one thing she hasn't down since her family was killed.She undid her many braids.She pulled her now lose wave black hair over her shoulder and grips it.Last time she had cut it off, but she wasn't going to this time.She runs her fingers through it to try and calm down. She refused to look at them as she tries to figure this out.

Cassandra followed her Lord and Lady to the families room, once they had entered the room she had walked over to the sofa and let the two of them walk over to the statues. She knew she was going to be needed soon, but she sat down and listened. His story was a long one, a painful one for him just as well as Siena. It was going to be a long day of explanation and it would probably take Siena time to understand it all. The Advisor just hoped that Siena would not react badly to the news, Ulrik never knew when the good time was going to be to tell her. He had been happy, and didn't want their love ruined because of his past. After Ulrik had explained everything, Siena reacted. Not horribly, it was actually expected she would cry. So, Cassandra stood up and walked over to the Lady. She sighed and looked at Siena.
"Siena, m'lady. I know the news is terrible. Ulrik never told you before because he is happy with you and didn't want to ruin what the two of you had..."
She paused for a moment and looked to Ulrik with sad eyes, she was trying, but she didn't know how much help she would be.
"But Siena, you can't except Ulrik being his age not have a past lover. It happens, I use to have a lover myself before Alexander. It happens to us all older vampyres. You were just the lucky one and had the same lover for many, many years. The rest of us suffered. But Ulrik kept Jessierys from you to protect you. He loves you, more than he loved Jessierys. I can see it. The Heart is a funny thing, you can't control what it wants. Which is what happened to him. He loved Jessierys, yes. But when you came into his life, it changed him. Siena, you gave Ulrik a life better than what that Jessierys could have ever given him. Please don't be harsh on him. If he didn't love you then he wouldn't have returned to you, he would have left you and your family and waited for them to come to him. But no, he returned, a moment too late, yes. But he was able to save you...."
She stopped once again, it was time for Siena to know the truth... Why Ulrik had returned to her homestead. He probably wasn't ready, but Siena is....
"Ulrik's original reasoning for returning to your homestead was to ask for you to come stay with him at the castle. He would stay up for days and nights thinking about you. You were very young at the time, but you were growing fast. Honestly, you were the fastest child to grow ever. He planned on sharing his home with you before all of that happened... He was going to send Jessierys away when he returned with you... His heart was not for her anymore, that time was passing..."

Siena's reaction made him want to cry, he wanted to comfort her. But he knew, she would push him away. So he stood there looking at the ground, ashamed of himself. Her questions blurted out, though, before he could say anything Cassandra spoke up. Ulrik listened to her speak to his wife, hopefully she could make this a little better. She has a better way with words than he did. He felt Cassandra's eyes upon him so he looked up. He could see the sadness in his Advisor's eyes. Ulrik felt stupid.. He shouldn't have kept Jessierys a secret from Siena, but he was happy and didn't want the past to haunt him with his current love, his wife. He listened to Cassandra's next words of explanation on why he returned and why he left Jessierys. Then, she stopped again and looked at him. She was going to tell Siena about his original intentions for returning to her homestead. He was a little embarrassed when she spoke of it, Siena was only a child back then. It would have been odd for her to come to the castle to stay with him while she was a child. Though, Cassandra was right, Siena has the fastest growing record, ever, in Vil-lon. When his dear friend was done talking, he stepped forward and slightly reached his arms towards his beloved wife. Then, without realizing it, he was standing right in front of Siena. Looking down at his beautiful wife, he pulled a handkerchief out of his pocket and wiped away her bloody tears.
"Siena, I love you. Not Jessierys, anymore. I know I should have told you sooner. But I'm happy and didn't want my past to ruin us, our love. Please, Siena.. I am sorry.. and never meant to hurt you. Not then, not now, not ever. My heart belongs to you now. Cassandra is right though, I'm much older than you, but I am sorry if I made you believe that you were the only one in my life. I never intended to have that affect. You are the only one in my life that has truly held my heart."

Siena listens to them she was still hurting. She was finding it hard for her to believe them. She didn't know what to believe. She looks at her family place in the room.She felt empty without them.She grip her hair more.When Ulrik wiped her tears away.She looks up at him. Her eyes held so much pain. She didn't speak to him. She moves from him and cassandra and goes to where her family spot in the room and closed her eyes. She wasn't like the others.She wasn't turned. She was born as she was. She was different from all of them. She spoke softly"Love is about sharing and talking about ones past. How is one to get over a past without talking. My parents never kept their past a secret from each others. You thought your past would ruin our life, your were wrong. What ruined our join was the fact you hide it from me and didn't tell me. You waited til the threat got worse to tell me. "She closes her eyes"I need time"

Ulrik sighed and let her walk away from him, he shouldn't have but he did. He watched as she walked over to her families statues, it felt as if a knife struck his heart with her next words. "I need time..." The Original sighed and approached his wife once again, he hated what he was going to say next, but a choice was to be made.
"My love, you don't have time. None of us have time anymore."
He gently slipped his arms around her waste and pulled her close. Her sent was so rich and she smelled of her garden. Then he spoke over his shoulder. "Cassandra, my friend, would you give us a moment? Thank you for everything." He gave a quick smile then once Cassandra had left, his attention went back to Siena.
"Siena, I am sorry for what I have put you through. Then and now. I hate keeping things from you, I was hoping not telling you would keep you safe and keep her away." He held tightly, but gently. "I love you, Siena." Then he turned her around in his arms, so he could see her. He thought for a moment, then spoke. "I want to be imprinted with you. I have already imprinted mentally with you, make it a physical imprint." He hoped she would want to, even after the news. "I want to be with you, Siena. I love you, not Jessierys. We had our change long ago and it passed. I'm not going back to that either." He kept one hand around her waist and used the other to caress her cheek, his lips inches from hers.

Cassandra sighed sadly when Siena walked away from Ulrik. She has never done that before, no matter what was going on. She has never seen Siena walk away from Ulrik, now she knew how seriously hurt Siena was, but she needed to realize that it was for Siena's safety. She just didn't understand the severity behind Ulrik's reasoning. But she watched as Ulrik walked over to his wife to apologize more. Then, he asked for Cassandra to leave them be. She nodded and headed for the door.
"Of course, m'Lord. I will check on everything in the castle and write to our Triali brothers."
The Advisor left the Families room and proceeded to walk back through the castle to see how things were going with everyone else...

"Siena, I didn't know when the right time was to tell you that I wanted to imprint... I was hoping soon, before all of this happened. I know you are ready, you are a strong leader. I love you Siena and that will never change. If we imprint then it'll truly show you that I want you. You will be able to feel everything I feel, you'll know when if I'm hiding something, if I'm upset or happy. The one thing I would never hide from you though is the fact that I love you Siena, and I chose you over Jessierys. I always will choose you over her."
Ulrik still had his arm around her waist and his other free hand caressing her face. He was not letting her walk away this time, he wanted her to know how much he loved her. The Original was much stronger than his wife, he would never hurt her of course. It was enough to keep her from leaving his embrace. He looked down at her and stared into her eyes, giving her that goofy smirk that she always went crazy for when she was younger. He held Siena close, then Ulrik pressed his lips against hers. His kiss was full of passion and love, that he only has ever shared with her. Jessierys never got the passionate kiss he gave to Siena. He kept his wife close to him and gave her the best kiss she had ever had in her whole life.

She looks into his eyes letting him see that her eyes were blood red with anger, something at she has never showed him. She needed her space and he wasn't giving it to her. She didn't react to his smirk this time. She had locked those childish memories away or she wouldn't be able to keep a steady head around him.
When he kissed her, she didn't respond at first then her hands went to his chest as if to push him away. Instead she grips his shirt and kisses back. She nearly gave in all the way. She pushed him back breaking the kiss. She moves back"You will not use that to get me to do what you want Ulrik. I am not going to do something just to make you happy not after this. I have to see this with the eyes and heart of a woman not a child. Something you seem to treat me like, Like everyone else."She looks into his eyes" Unlike you I was born a vampire, the first true born of our kind not turned. I am tired of being treated as if I will break. I lived through so much even in the war. True I was only a healer to help but I lived and will not allow anything to sway me until I am certain of what I want"
She makes him let her go"If you truly want to imprint with me then take me back to my birthplace. To the place we first meet. I want to get an Item my family buried there"

His wife was being so difficult. Why can't she see that he was trying? That he loved her. That he was trying to protect her. Ulrik felt conflicted and frustrated, yet sad and lonely. Then it was his turn to speak. . .
"Siena, why can't you see that I was protecting you and that I love you. I have not been treating you like a child. I haven't since the day I laid my eyes on a young woman, now my wife. I did not choose you to treat you like a child and I would never make you do anything. I am trying to keep you safe, that is the only time I will ever deny time for you. I do not want that evil witch to take you from me. I do not want you dead, Siena. Vampyre by birth or by change, I have never treated you differently, no one has. But before we leave, I must do one more thing. . ."
Then with great speed, he grabbed ahold of her and held her to the wall. He showed aggressiveness, but that was definitely not what was going on. He wanted to let her know that he loved her, by showing her. Ulrik pressed his body against her and kissed her with more passion than before. It was a fiery passion that he hasn't shared with her in some time. An arm around her waist and his free hand caressed the side of her neck and jaw line. Then after a minute or two of continuous passion kisses, he pulled away.
"Just remember, Siena. You are my night sky, my queen. I love you with all my heart. Now come, let us go to your homestead to fetch your item of choice."
Ulrik pulled away from Siena and began to walk away from her. His heart was aching, he did not like the way Siena had reacted to the news. He hoped she would have a better understanding. Guess he was wrong, but he still loved her. The Original will always love his Queen, no matter what. Though, it scared him that she would leave. He loved her to much and wouldn't know what to do without his beloved wife.((Off to the White Mist Forest in the Triali lands. I felt that to be more fitting for Siena's homestead rather than the Forbidden forest in Baelin. I'll post there once you have posted here.))

Siena watched him and listen to what he had to say" I do understand I just need to get this clear in my head Ulrik. That is something you don't understand. You think I will just accept this and move on. I can't not yet"She sighs. She would always love him"And many times you have treated me like I am a fragile flower that will wilt any second and I won't" She couldn't explain what she needed to and it was frustrating her to know end. When he pinned her she gasps into the kiss.Her body melted at this kiss. This was something she truly missed. She nearly pouted when he pulled away. She watched him walk away. She moved up and took his hand"Ulrik I do understand and I do love you but you must understand this is hard for me.I will not leave your side but what I need is something my parents wanted me to have to give to the one person who holds my heart and soul in his hand. I will not do the imprinting without it"
