Head Captain Tsurī Niwa  Tsuri had left the first division garden and was on his way to confront one of the gillian when he felt the reiatsu of two nearby beings one of the reiatsu belong to a lieutenant though he had never interacted much with any of the lieutenant besides his own though he would no longer be able to interacted with her which sadden him deeply, the other reiatsu he felt was twisted and could only belong to a hollow who had removed their mask to gain power, Tsuri made his way towards the district when it happened the entire district vanished, hororeiroji vanished right before his eyes this also seemed to have an impact on the sky as well as the rift in the sky opened, however as bad as this may be Tsuri had to make sure the arrrancar was unable to cause any more damage.
Tsuri made his move towards to two using Shunpo to accelerate himself towards the two. Finally reaching them while he was unnoticed he used Shunpo
Once more and appeared behind the arrancar as he charged the cero in the air aiming at the lieutenant. "Hadō #63. Raikōhō" was all that could be heard from Tsuri as an orb of yellow lighting began generating in Tsuri hands as he aimed it at the arrancars back, this hack would cause massive damage to the arrancar if it hit but due to the amount of time it took to generate it would go off at the same time as the cero meaning if the arrancar chose to fire the cero he would be hit by Tsuri Hado but if he chose not to fire the cero he would have plenty of time to escape from it, the only problem with this situation was the lieutenant he if the arrancar did dodge and the lieutenant didn't move he would be hit by the head captain's Hado. A surge of power enveloped the lowly shinigami as after they realized they weren't fast enough to move away from his high powered cero that he was preparing so they instead decided to lessen the impact with an attack of their own. Before he could smile at the notion of testing his cero against a shinigami's shikai a presence quickly appeared before him. Immediately after the arrancar's eyes suddenly widened. Whoever they were their spiritual levels were very high, even higher than his own which aside from lord Cillian and the espada was a very foreign sight to him. As his cero charged he heard the mysterious man say the same phrase the trash said earlier 'bakudo' however the number was not 4 but much higher instead. Rather than test out the spells potency the arrancar swiftly determined the best course of action was to turn tale and let the two attacks clash. With that he vanished in two sonido's, one to retrieve his zanpakuto, and the other to distance himself 30 yards away. Another perk to this decision was that he got to see how the trash's attack affected his quiet new friend that insisted on joining the party. His mission had been accomplished and the enemy had been delayed long enough for the pillars to activate. "I'm afraid you're too late, shinigami. What a shame, this seemed like such a lovely town." Whoever this new foe was he needed to be serious for a change to not embarrass himself.

 As Sai used his Hakari Bakuhatsu, he felt a powerful spiritual pressure appear in the area, it gave off the distinct presence of a shinigami. Based on the level of power they were at least a capitanThank God, he thought to himself I didn't know if I could continue to face up with this guy . Sai heard the distinct call of a Kido spell, Number 63 Raikoho. A spell that he had also known himself, however due the magnitude of the power of the user, he knew that the power of the spell would be far stronger then Sai's even with an incantation. Sai's focus returned to the arrancar, who now was not where he once was. Now, Sai's attack was now heading straight on for the mysterious captain. On top of that, the giant red barrier that was once in the district had now vanished, taking the entire 64th district with it, the sight was horrifying. Everything seemed the move at slow motion, and Hakari Bakuhatsu edged its way to his ally. Zanpakuto: Shikai Current emotional status: Devastated Physical Status:90%

Head Captain Tsurī Niwa Tsuri glanced at the arrancar as he talked but decided it would be better to deal with the more immediate problem which was the two attacks clashing with each other his kido was obviously stronger then the 3rd seats attack which would be engulfed in the head captains kido and headed straight for the 3rd seat.
Tsuri shunpo and grabbed Sai with one hand then shunpo infront of the arrancar his eye's narrowed "It is a shame that I was occupied and was unable to confront either of you but I must also blame the captains for not dealing with you and leaving this pathetic shinigami all on his own for such a long time, ahem it seems I am getting ahead of myself first I must introduce myself I am Tsuri Niwa captain of the first division and captain commander of the Gotei Thirteen and I advise you run you must of felt the difference between us already haven't you?"Tsuri then released Sai from his grasp and glanced at him evaluating wether he would be of any help if Tsuri ended up engaging in battle with the arrancar which he dearly hoped he would not have to.

After the attacks clashed all that could be heard was the wind howling with a slight whistle as the captain commander and espada starred each other down almost resembling one of those old western shootouts in the middle of town. Of course instead of guns they wielded zanpakuto and instead of tumbleweeds it was debris that rolled along in this wreckage of a town that once was so peaceful and carefree it was hard to believe the fate that had fell upon it. His pesquisa did not lie, the arrancar knew just how strong this foe was and his presence was intimidating to say the least but fortune decided to shine on the hollow hunter today. Not only was his objective complete meaning that further combat was pointless but the opponent also gave him a get out of jail free card basically. combine that with the fact that he got to test out his powers against a lowly shinigami and discover what a shinigami shikai was like and the arrancar was just so glad he was selected for this particular task. Still the pillars remained and before he could turn tail and leave he needed to make sure they were recovered properly. "Oh? I feel so flattered being greeted by the big boss himself. However my objective as you can see has already been completed so this is where I bid adieu to you, shinigami. Consider that frightened piece of trash under your arm as just a little bonus gift courtesy of Racheaddo Bui, cuatro espada!" With that Bui began to sonido around the town creating Gemelos clones to grab the pillars and toss them one by one to the original as he then threw them behind his back as a garganta opened behind him to swallow up the pillars before he joined them and leaped into the portal. Millions of thoughts ran through Sai's head as the espada fled at the appearance of the head captain. Trash,pathetic Sai took an assessment of himeself. In his time in the human world, Sai was the slayer of countless lives, it was effortless and quick. In Shin'o academy, Sai swordsmanship skills were among the top in his class. And although this was his first encounter with an arrancar, Sai was astonished at how utterly useless he was against him, he could not even touch him, it was belittling.HOW, How could I let myself slip up like this Sai's pride had taken a major blow. Sai blamed himself for everything as he did not know how to be easy on himself, even if the odds were against him. He let his enemy get to him, he let him play with his emotion,and though the game was not finished, the arrancar was the obvious victor, as his mission was complete, and now the entire 64th district was gone, turned into Reishi and taken away. Sai half wished the arrancar would have taken his life, at least that way he would not have to face the guilt he felt .Sai turned to the Head Captain and Bowed deeply,Sir, I am sorry that i could not have stopped the 64th districts destruction. I will assume responsibility for my negligent actions. Those words where all Sai could muster in his current state of Shame Zanpakuto: Shikai Current emotional status: Shame Physical Status:90%

Head Captain Tsurī Niwa Tsuri gritted his teeth as he watched the arrancar leave there was no point in fighting him when everything was such a mess already fights had broken out all over hollow and shinigami clashing in battle however it seemed it would be over soon though the battles had taken a toll on the Gotei it could have been much worse
After the arrancar had all left and taken all the anchors Tsuri heard the 3rd seat talk to him uttering words that were filled with guilt and shame most likely born from the fact he wasn't able to do much against the arrancar, this irate Tsuri very much to the point where he turned around to look at the third seat and frowned his eye's filled with anger. Tsuri walked towards Sai and unxpectly punched him in the gut however Tsuri had held back and little pain could be felt from the punch, Tsuri hoped at least. "Instead of wasting time apologizing and saying it's your fault why don't you just say you'll get stronger and then defeat that arrancar and prove both me and him wrong about you being pathetic trash instead?!" Tsuri shouted his eyes focused on Sai his voice was loud as he spoke. Tsuri eventually turned and walked away from the area but he stopped for a moment, his back facing Sai "Prove to me Sai Mugen that you can become a lieutenant" and with that tusri left saying nothing more hoping his words would reach the 3rd seat. Before Sai knew its, a fist flew Into his abdomen. Hit had caused to move back about a foot almost forcing him to gag. The blow also knocked Sai back into a more sober mood. Become stronger, the words of the Head Capitan resonated in his mind. The only way to move on, the only way to push forward, I must become stronger. And yet he could not let entirely let go of the recent events. Sai thought that he was stronger than he was , and he feels as off his over confidence came at the 64th district."The only way I move on, the only way I can make sure this never happens again; I must become stronger. It is only way to can insure this never happens again."Sai's Grip tightened on Hoshako, which he had returned to its sealed form. Sai knew what had to be done "Its time old friend."Sai was looking down at his zanpakuto. Sai new that in order to become stronger, he had to strengthen the bond between them, not just strengthen himself. Now with new sights in mind, Sai left the destroyed 64th district.
