Cinderful sweatdrop Stomach muscle cramps. It feels like...when you fry bacon and it curls confused That's what my stomach is doing. Hello, Cinderful. It helps if you know what causes the pains. Yours sound a bit like what mine does sometimes - like IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Does it ring a bell?
For me, nausea and loss of balance and strength accompanies the pain and discomfort.
In my experience, an acidic stomach often lurches and burns. Drinking two to three litres water a day will definitely help this. Expect to feel the difference within three days, but never stop this habit! You can also do your tummy a favour by cutting on acidic foods like dairy (I noticed you said ice cream soothes the burning sensation; try to replace this with milk-less sorbet or a natural water-sucker - think coconut milk or fruit ices, my favourite is litchi), fried foods, meats, spicy foods and replace them with more dark leafy greens and avocado.
Acidity and pH levels aside, if you are a vata type (ref ayurvedic doshas; if you are on the skinny, airy side of things), you may often experience gas and dryness. Oils are important, then, to make sure your bowel movements are smooth and not jerky. By oil, I mean avocados, evening primrose, perhaps even coconut oil (be careful, though, this will act as a laxative if taken too much).
If you are unsure of what your dosha type is, take this quiz: [link]

OoO Hello OoO I would love to know how to get rid of a headache! Hello, Hello. *hurr hurr* yum_puddi Simple headaches occur because the brain is throwing a tantrum. It's a lot like a living sponge, drinking up brain fluid. If it becomes too dry, it throbs and tears and rams against your skull. Drink more water and see what happens. If it's a migraine, you might want to take that one to a professional.
Sometimes you have sinus-related headaches. These are often just behind the eyes, in the forehead, and might even cause a pain in your ears. Besides using a neti pot, you can also do an aroma-therapeutic massage to clear and soothe your sinuses. Put a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil in some base oil (sweet almond, probably). Gently apply pressure with the thumb or index finger along the eyebrow line, from the nose crease along the cheekbone, and then repeat from the inner brow to the side of the nostril along the cheek curve (ref: The Joy of Aromatherapy by Cathy Hopkins).

If you are unsure of what your dosha type is, take this quiz: [link]Oh no no D: Yes, its very true that I have problems with acid (cant ever eat mint) but it's not the cause of my cramping. It's literally the muscles that surround the area around my bellybutton. Think of it like... If you layed down on your back and did one sit up. All those muscles you feel tense up is where I get cramping 3nodding No bowel problems thankfully. I just can't stand painkillers sweatdrop So i'm on a search for an herbal or non pill like relief. Maybe I need a heat compress or something.... By the way, can you explain my results to the test? Your Overall Dosha Is: Kapha In Your Body: Vatta: 4 Pitta: 6 Kapha: 2 In Your Mind: Vatta: 4 Pitta: 1 Kapha: 7

Hmm. It's a little complicated to explain. This website does a decent job at it, though: [link]
