I love the Dragon Age series! So far, my favorite is Dragon Age 2 for several reasons. While some parts of the game was a challenge, mostly because I was a mage, most of the game was really well written. I was torn between having a romance with Anders and Fenris; though I will admit I preferred Fenris a little more because Anders does come off a bit whiny.
Origins has a better story, however. Plus I was able to be a Queen and that's an A+ in my book. Awakening definitely got me in the feels department when the story brought in the family through the choices you made.
I've already pre-ordered Inquisition! It looks absolutely amazing! My ex says that the Dragon Age series pales in comparison to Mass Effect, but I say to each their own. I'm not a space-age futuristic person and she isn't into the whole medieval fantasy thing.

The Madame Red I love the Dragon Age series! So far, my favorite is Dragon Age 2 for several reasons. While some parts of the game was a challenge, mostly because I was a mage, most of the game was really well written. See, While I enjoyed DA 2, I felt it wasn't as well executed (although there were some good pluses to it like Hawke having a voice). I also felt that both Fenris and Anders were pretty much the same person only on opposite ends of the Mage / Templar clash. Eh, and Anders wasn't QUITE as broody as Fenris and had a bit more of a sense of humor. Now the female characters were all diverse. :3 I was sad that Varric wasn't romanceable though. D: Eh, I only played ME2 but I plan on playing the rest. But if ME2 is to judge, I still liked Dragon Age way better.
