here, where we do have a member who has the Hidden Ability Ninetails in her Safari. Quote her in that thread saying you wanna exchange Friend Codes.
Also, while you're there, feel free to add yours to the list. One of the other Admins or myself will add you to the list shortly after your reply.
As for the Absol, I wish you luck. I'm assuming you're planning on using it for the Mega Evolution, otherwise Super Luck would be the superior choice to use. But the Justified ability could catch a lucky boost before you Mega Evolve.
