A treaty laid down by the original Kings of Pure Color, the Non Aggression Treaty created by the first Red King, Red Rider was to prohibit fighting among the legions and their Kings to attain Level 10. As such the treaty is as follows.
If a legion member has the program (Brain Burst) forcibly uninstalled, due to an attack that contravenes the treaty, that legion can choose anyone from the offending legion to meet the same fate.
