Sorry for probably bringing down the mood of the guild, but I just need to vent a bit somewhere.
God, this is just horrifying. I'm extremely lucky that I live about a mile from where there shootings happen instead of within those blocks. But I have friends who live right there and that night was a terrifying blur of trying to get a hold of everyone I know to make sure that they are okay as well as reassuring others that I was fine and hadn't gone out that Friday night.
Thus far I haven't been a close friend of any of the victims but they still haven't released the names of 2 of the victims and I just don't know.
Graduation is going to very somber in this last two weeks.
I'm glad to be home for the rest of this weekend and I'm glad to be alive.
