Here in the City of the Damned is the largest single gathering of Scarred people, necromancers, warlocks, black witches, scarred warriors and other defiled brutes. There is no leader here, no council. Everyone simply follows who appears the most fearful and likely to kill them if they ignore them.
Behind these magnificent doors lies the undercity completely built within a burning mountain north of the Hell's Gate. Within there are streets of fire and stone, caves for some, hot-to-the-core towers for others. Stalactites line the ceiling above and stare down, waiting to tremble and fall the day that Hell's Gate is reopened.
