So here's how the rules and penalty system work...
wahmbulance A violation of any rule in which you refuse to pay the fine is an automatic ban.
wahmbulance All violation payments are to be made to The Dreaded Warning.
wahmbulance If you have a reasonable explanation as to why you broke a particular rule, contact The Dreaded Warning or Doctor Acinemod Irralius with a clear explanation. We're all for reasonable forgiveness.
wahmbulance Once you pay the fine you're fine to begin posting again in the guild. Just keep in mind...we WILL be watching you.
wahmbulance The number of times you violate the rules serves as a multiplier for the fine. Yes, we do keep track, believe it or not. So, if it's your first violation the fine is multiplied by 1. The second violation will multiply your violation by 2. The third violation will multiply your violation by 3. The fourth violation will multiply your violation by 4. Please keep in mind that not only will you pay for your most immediate violation by multiplier, but your previous violations will be added together into a grand total that will be multiplied by the number of violation occurrences. wahmbulance Five violations gets you banned. Five because that is the number of fingers on a properly formed human hand, which can be used to slap people out the door!! biggrin
wahmbulance Your violation records are private, but never erased. What we ask for isn't unreasonable or difficult to do.The Penalties

wahmbulance A violation of the Be Respectful!: 5000 gold fine
burning_eyes A violation of the Be Literate!: 500 gold fine
wahmbulance A violation of the Be Clear!: 2500 gold
burning_eyes A violation of the Be Honorable!: All wares listed on the thread (both purchased and unpurchased) and/or 1,000,000 gold per art piece not provided.
