With boundaries next to the Cold Moor of the north, the Dead Marsh surrounded much of Southmarch and makes up most of the Therias wilderness. The Dead Marsh gained it's named back when Southmarch was bustling with life, many of it's victims would break down in exhaustion in the horrid quagmires, others in the thorny foliage. Irritating critters can often be found here, crawling around with their bulbous bodies and sharp teeth, taking a taste of your ankles or attacking your face if you tread too far from the barely visible paths. When it's not pouring with rain, the Dead Marsh could be tranquil, for a Necromancer.

Tsuna MikiQuestions or even testament from the twins would have been a small delay, but fortunately no one piped a word. Tsuna grimaced wondering why her teammates were being so passive as she threw the marble sized orb. A hot white spinning ring manifested in the air creating a rippling portal within its boundaries. Each of them hopped through as they feet squished and sank into the muddy ground. The portal behind them whizzed out and the marble orb plopped into the ankle deep water. Tsuna slashed over to it and snatched it up handing it to Micha'el since he was the most responsible among their ranks. Once he pocketed it, Tsuna observed the desolate, lush landscape. Rain drizzled down making the soggy terrain even more unbearable. The skies were permanently grey year round, it's rare that a break in the whether ever occurs according to the description she read on this environment. Other than the muddy watered ground there wasn't much to look at. Fallen trees, stumps, and rocks were over grown with different shades of green moss. Thick thorny patches surrounded the area as far as the eye can see and massive quagmires awaited them along the way. Tsuna wiped her drenched bangs away from her forehead and turned to the others to explain their mission.
"We're searching for a Sunrise Orchid. It's a plant with special healing properties and medical effects. They only bloom on a certain day once every year during a sunrise, hence the name. On the fifth day of this week that flower will bloom and we must harvest it when it does or it will be useless to the academy. The plant will be no easy task to find for it grows near pitch black moss in the deepest parts of these marshes. The trek there will be agonizing not to mention we have to evade strange creatures, undiscovered poisons, and surprise enemies. We have to stick together no matter the circumstances." Tsuna paused to analysis the now stormy whether as lightening illuminated the skies. "Let's get moving before the storm gets worse and before it gets dark. There is no clear path so since were all facing East we'll just start walking that way." She had divulged all the information she was giving and began sloshing through the mucky waters keeping her eyes sharp. Yes, she was searching for the flower but she was also hoping to come across necromancer as well.
Fae slashed through the muddle puddles having the time of her life as she circled around her master. She was exactly like a replica of Frankenstein. Legion, her master, had built out of different corpses because he either needed help or perhaps he was lonely. Regardless of the reason, she vowed to serve him as long as her preserved body and artificial organs hold up. To hid the stitch work expect on her face and hands she wore a black skin tight suit with blood red hex symbols on certain parts. Her white hair had strands of red and black in it scattered throughout her scalp. Her eyes were also two different colors and sizes, the brown one being smaller than the blueish green one. She was a monstrosity, but Legion never saw her as anything less than an unpaid intern which she was fine with. She stopped messing around and stopped next to Legion confused. "Are we here for the Orchid? I think I remember you telling me, but run by everything again to me." Sadly, Legion didn't install her with much intelligence, but she was more controllable this way and less likely to betray him.

Micha'el looked around at the landscape, it was exactly as described on the mission board. Perhaps we shouldn't have taken this... he thought to himself, as a weird, twisting sensation took hold of his stomach. It must be the smell he then told himself mentally, taking note of how muggy the air smelled in his nostrils, making his hairs stand up on end. He glanced over at the twins first, Kaito and Kotaro were standing quite plainly. Kaito had his arms down and Kotaro had his arms crossed, and yet both looked equally as bored as the other. Lottie audibly exhaled, as if blowing through her lips to exaggerate. "You two could at least try to be optimistic, but you fit right in, like the wet dogs you are" Lottie said, not even looking at them as she passed Tsuna, passing her a subtle high-five. Micha'el could've coughed, when did Lottie get so sassy? The twins gasped and gritted their teeth, "we're all getting damp here!" Kaito rebuked, "you're the one that stinks of dog!" Kotaro hissed. "How did you know I was talking about how bad you smell?" she then added, continuing to walk forward into the plains. Kotaro's eyes widened with anger, but Kaito held up his arm to stop his brother, "she's toying, don't take the bait." Micha'el almost laughed, there was definitely an accidental dog joke in there.
After a few minutes Tsuna told them about their mission. A Sunrise Orchid, which only blooms once a year in dawn. Micha'el was interested in it too, for its restorative capabilities and uses in medicine. "Perhaps we can walk all the way to Notchwood if we continue in this direction" Kotaro began, striding eastwards, and his brother replied with "we could find the flower and not tell them, we'd survive the trek." Micha'el rolled his eyes and began to move with Tsuna and Lottie, "we should find somewhere suitable for shelter first, i can create a dome with the Aria if I have to, but it will be a strain on my energy."
---
His sewn monster relished around him, prancing in circles as the rain came down harder by the second. Her whimsical laughter was insufferable, and it only took the turn of his hood to make her cease. Legion was old, older than anyone would believe, and so hid his pale, frail body in a cloak that covered his tattered scale armour. They were out in the Dead Marsh looking for something very important to them, very important to Legion. A flower, with a bud that blooms once a year. It's radiant petals would give him back the life he once had, but that was not the only ingredient in his plan. His concoction had been long in the making, it had slithers of many things from centuries gone by. This... he could not lose.
He will not lose.
The stupid girl asked him again, the orchid, of coarse it was the orchid. The robed figure stepped down the small hill, his steps soggy and sinking into the grassy mud as he began to speak. His voice was old, very old, but held with it an eerie feeling of power and... terror. "The Sunrise Orchid, it will bloom come the morning sun on this night. Forget again and I'll imprint it on your skull" Legion turned to his creation, the darkness in his hood concealing his face, all that was visible was a slight red glow from his eyes. As he stared down on her, an overwhelming weight began to crush her head, but just for a few seconds. "Do not make me wish I turned to the Underworld, that is the last realm I wish to communicate with. Too many contracts." Legion saw just ahead, it was a few tents and a fire, one that had been here for a few days by the looks of things. There were three men in armour, with dark blue cloth and a familiar insignia on their flag risen next to one of the tents. "...Southmarch...." he whispered, remembering the fallen kingdom. "They have.. returned. Fae... round them up, it is time that I replenish some of my energy."

Tsuna MikiKaito and Kotaro could be less interested in her synopsis on the guidelines of the mission, so long as they stick to the procedures everything should run accordingly. However, their disrespectful attitude didn't sit well with Lottie of all people and her insult was thrown their way ten fold. Though, in Tsuna's case she's actually considered a dog so the wording could have been changed at her expensive. Still, Tsuna had to award Lottie for cutting them down a peg by returning a celebratory high-five. Micha'el even cracked under his breath seeing how humiliating the two always lightened the mood. Kaito tried to defend their honor by placing all of them on equal ground, sadly Lottie had more comebacks to ensue. Kotaro at least had a sense of mind to stop this nonsense before things escalated further as the two strolled ahead making their own plans. Micha'el and Lottie paired up with Tsuna as Micha'el suggested shelter and a way to keep them dry with his magic. "Don't bother. It's not going to stop raining anytime soon and we may need your magic in a pinch. This marsh is full of willow trees that can give some shelter. The worst we'll get is a cold which we could remedy once we return." Tsuna had premeditated many possibilities for this trip and was ready to jump into action if something drastic occurred. It didn't take long for that to happen...
Just ahead near the twins she was picking up distorted voices and instantaneously she near what it was. Odd creatures with tan skin, thorny arms and legs, dark green hair drooping down to cover their eyeless face, and thin wings camouflaged to look like leaves to protect them from predators. Their mouths plastered with a sinister grin as they spoke sweet words of enticement to their victims. "Such fine gentlemen paling around with swine." One of them breathed as they circled them. "Surely, they would have more enjoyment with us." Another piped at the last of the trio joined in. "Yes, Yes. Handsome, heroic, clever, all things the other three are not." They giggled before their merriment turned into screams of terror as Tsuna swung her ax at them. With her other hand she had wrapped her arm around Kaito covering his eyes and holding him close while protectively backing up to Kotaro behind her. "Don't listen to them. These are Bogglings or if your inclined to call them faeries you can, but don't give them the satisfaction. They see into your soul and lure you in with all kinds of sweet words." She released the boy and pushed him over to his brother defending them both viciously. One of the Bogglings snickered and turned around to reveal a bulbous eye on its backside. "It's been a while but I remember you. You've grown up little Grim. Where's the bigger one? Dead." Tsuna growled and swung again causing them to flitter back amazed. "You bring nothing but bad luck. Take care of these ones this time, we'll be back for more play time!" All the Bogglings giggled delightfully as they raced off ready to cause more mischief. "Pests..." Tsuna sneered as she lowered her weapon and turned to the twins knowing she'd get flag for rescuing them.
Legion crept through the marsh in his tattered cloak hiding his shriveled form along with his tarnished scale armor. Stepping down the slippery slope through the muddy terrain he asked the girl irritatingly. His eerie disposition and demonic vocal could have shaken even the most willful of men. He told her they were after the prized orchid and if she asked again punishment would happen except much worse than the crushing weight she felt on her skull. She twinged in pain and coward at his feet as his piercing red eyes ensnared her shivering being. He informed her about the underworld once more, he had brought it up many times before despising that place. "Understood master. Forgive me." She said obediently as she stood up. Just head was an encampment of men from Southmarch, the navy blue flag and the insignia on it easily gave them away. Fae looked surprised which turned into pure excitement as Legion omitted her to around them up for energy. "With pleasure master." She obliged devilishly as she approached the men acting like an injured victim. "H-Help me...please" She strutted alerting their attention almost effortlessly. No man could resist the cries of a dying woman. To bad she's already dead. Once they drew near she shocked them until they were knocked unconscious with the plain looking gloves Legion had gifted to her on the day she was born. These gloves were infused to electric wires weaved throughout the material and delivers a nice set of bolts through a person's body. They were also surrounded by water which amps up the wattage. She didn't want to keep in close contact with them to long because if she killed them Legion wouldn't get the energy he desperately needs. "Tada! Did I do good master? Please tell me I did." She was like a puppy that constantly needed praise and occasionally he would provide it much to his dismay.
