We all wish for World Peace, but in the event of natural disasters, political warfare and impoverish countries; our world may never get peace. That doesn't mean we remain ignorant of the World Issues that surround us. If you come from America, Canada or Britian; I know for a fact that you know what freedom tastes like. However, our brothers in African Countries like the Congo or South Africa, and even places in the Middle East like Iran and Pakistan, they don't have these many freedoms that we are so accustomed too. What can we do to help people in times of difficulty. Should we be making a difference? How can we help? These are all questions that we ask ourselves every times someone approaches us with a warm smile and a daunting question, "Will you sponsor us?"

And what about our pride? Some of us are living in the most beautiful countries. Some of us live in the riches countries. What makes you proud of your country? What makes you cheer them on in the Olympics? What makes you smile about walking down your streets everyday? On that same topic, what do you wish would change about your country? What makes you ashamed of your country?

Express your International Love here.

Yours Truly,
Luck-sama.

I'm an American, from Minnesota. My boyfriend is Australian, from Queensland, Australia. Our son is an international baby.

Living in Australia and being from the US, I've learned that even if you speak the same language(though some words are a bit different), it doesn't mean the culture is the same. I've found many differences and many similarities and I gotta say it makes life very interesting.

biggrin Awesome to hear. Congratulations. Yes. My boyfriend and I want to travel to England. Even Canada and America is very different but the same at the same time. And we are just a few hours away.

Some states in America make me feel like I'm in another country.. For example, I grew up in southern MN/Northern IA and I lived just south of LA.. Very different.

Best part of travelling would definitely not be flying. Surprisingly I'm terrified of flying. n///n;;;;;
