Pages Milan is a SPOONY BARD.

He started his life like any other spoiled, moderately well-off kid from the 'burbs, but by the time he hit the teenage years, he knew he was destined for something greater. His parents were quite alarmed and sought to stop him, but nothing can hold back GREATNESS! So Pages struck off on his own at the tender age of mouse-15, determined never to see those...those SQUARES again until after he had become a famous musician, playing for royal courts and rich nobs the world over (or, at least, across Panya's Forest).

If only he had any musical talent whatsoever. It's not that he's bad - he's terrible. He's completely tone-deaf. He sings like a yowling shadowcat. The tortured notes he plucks from his psaltery suffer a long, slow death. He only knows five songs, and four of them he learned from drunks.He gets all of the old stories wrong. Dead fish can tell tales with more expression.

So it comes as no surprise that Pages is also homeless. His parents worry about him and wish he would come home, but Pages is nothing if not stubborn. He spends his ample time scrounging for food, busking on street corners (the tomatoes people throw at him are good eating), but he knows one day, ONE DAY, he will get his Big Break. And then he'll show all of them.
