Some fourteen year old airhead robot fighting prodigy gets a giant mecha kiwi and, by a suggestion from her father's assistant, manages to convince him to let her use it to fight crime. Whereafter she uses it to fight down a giant military spider mech, hunts down human Sly Cooper, gets into a fight with a lady who's literally capable of ******** up giant robots as an infantry unit, teams up with human Sly Cooper to steal her mecha kiwi back from the government after she gets her a** kicked, nearly gets her a** murdered in an infantry V infantry fight, and wastes no time randomly picking a fight with a gang of superhumans who respond by luring the police into an oceanside ambush.
And something about an unnervingly creepy robot girl. And a guy who looks like a British secret agent now. And her father ended up taking over the mecha kiwi pilot duty because the fourteen year old girl developed a habit of abandoning it to fight in melee.
So basically there's a webcomic about a bunch of teenage morons who decided to become superheroes literally because one of them was bored. And it's amazing. The mecha kiwi, however, is referred to as a kiwi robot. In case you like teh googlez.

Germans who're insane. The guy's letting his fourteen year old daughter fight military tech and armed sociopaths with what equates to an oversized toy.

So they identify themselves as people from New Zealand, but act almost as if they're from Japan?

I think they're German through and through. But they're just weird.
