Being a princess of a strict pride was like being the princess of nothing. Although she could order animals around all day she was growing bored. Two of her siblings went to be traded to a pride, which she heard was rather exciting. She wanted to learn to fight- she was built to be more than just a dainty princess. Now she had started to venture further and further away from the outskirts. Times she'd leave for days- come back and get yelled at. Then guards would sit and tell her why she shouldn't leave and the dangers but Shui cared less and less.

She wanted to FIGHT- she wanted ADVENTURE! To see the world~! In the lack of better words, she was more masculine than all her other sisters. She was first born. That meant the head of the family, and although her father didn't like to admit it, she was his favorite as she acted more like a son than a daughter and sometimes even helped calculate how to divert and defuse situations and excelled in martial arts training. Especially in the water.

With the unforgiving birth of the arrow on her head- she was a symbol revered by her father's old pride as legend... This just made her know that her father loved her more but lately her mother kept stopping her and the guards kept holding her back. She couldn't excel in anything above this!

Today she set off training. Again- and again- and again did she mark hit and attack this rock in the middle of the field and moved on to trees until she almost couldn't stand anymore. Her breath was hoarse and it felt like she was about to collapse. "Never give up!" Then when she went to divert and twist an attack- her leg gave was and ended up falling down a hill and smacked in to someone- or something that had knocked the wind out of her. "UUUFF!!"

Once upon a time in another life in a now deserted section of the lands these creatures called home, Aqseu was racing another cheetah and when this other male called him a very cruel discriminating slur, he smacked square into a tree. When he awoke, aside from an alarming case of amnesia (which he eventually recovered from), the cheetah was granted a gift. Every now and then he would pick up a line of music of varying genres. Sometimes the stream would last a few minutes and yet others would not stop for days. Aqseu gave up trying to explain this enigma, or even understanding it himself. With time not only began to enjoy the music, but he actually became uncomfortable with silence when the music was 'turned off'.

Today was one of those days which brought him no music and he was going stir crazy! Aside from the crazy birds which shared the tree he called home with him, Aqseu had no other means to fill the silence and his own singing was not quite up to par to do the job. So he journeyed. Away from his tree with the intention of getting himself lost, he found only when he was lost he could find anything of value.

Before he knew it, the cheetah was sitting at the foot of a mountain, quite lost indeed. Being a wanderer, there was always the possibility of crossing into a pride's territory so one must always be on the highest of guard. Some prides were not as nice to rouges as others were. In his own thoughts he completely missed the sound of a practicing anything or even a tumbling someone. When it knocked right into him, the not-so-manly cheetah gave out a shrill scream as he hit the ground. Oh no, was he being attacked?!

"I yield! I yield!" He yelled out.
