The recovery of this guild can only occur if those who take charge of it take interest in it.
I propose a role play add along game where we start at a point in a story add to it what "your character" would do to meet the end goal. Each person who adds on has full control of the story and thus has the ability to do whatever they want, no one has control over other characters but group decisions can be made if they are logical choices that would be good. one or two people may disagree and break away from the group if they desire but as a whole I think we all have the best interest of each other in mind and the inevitable riches at the end of the story will make it worth having everyone there
