Sign contest - each guild member makes a sign that says one name they have been called by a bully

Tektek contest - every member makes a tektek themed for summer, which is coming up

Was just thinking about this myself.
I think we should start with a simple one, I can offer up 6-10k at the moment.

Ideas:
Bump contests.
Have members quote their friends into the guild.
Have a dice roll contest.- Aim for a certain number or a select few.
