Personality: Keung is a friendly, welcoming sort who shows genuine interest for the public and hospitality towards all. He is a trusting male, and known to give many chances. Both the support one needs and the voice of reason, Keung has earned a mixed, yet generally respectable, reputation for himself. Some look to him for guidance, others opinion, and still there are those who accept him as their Spiritspeaker -- but no more. Viewed as a socially, religiously, and when necessary politically involved wolf, he has the best interests of his people in mind.
Keung is quite perceptive, and as a result rather objective, as both an individual and a leader. He reveals the firm side of his character when required, but is hardest on himself. He is also one who thinks logically before acting and when uncertain, questions everything. At times it is to the point of triviality, a fear of failure nurtured by the doubt he knows still remains with some of his followers.
History: The fierce love that his mother had for his father, and vice versa, would both inspire and disappoint their youngest son; Keung. From the start the pair were inseparable, cause for great appreciation by some and hushed debate by others. It was the strange relation between a native born Spirtwalker and a converted Sunlord that would spark intrigue, even if minimally. While a love like theirs was not uncommon, their growing devotion to one another -- to only one another -- was. Once the pups were born affections between the parents intensified, and in a different (and to some extent, lesser) way a love was formed for their new kin. When it came to matters of the heart none would compare, but in this they were as weak to one another as the Sun was to its Moon – or so the Sunlord’s tale would go. When the boy was still young enough to need a parent, but old enough to understand, he would hear of gossip and eventually come to believe it.
The rumors that would boil over and find Anu and Keung (father) would ultimately be their excuse to vanish; leaving their children in the capable hands of a wolf named Chise. Some members of the pack say it was the (alleged) condemned soul of his mother Anu that corrupted Keung. Other's, who do not wish to slander the names of a skilled Retainer and a loyal Guardian, say they died as they lived; together. None the less, once the effect of loss faded Keung would devote himself to the pack entirely.
He was a late bloomer in regards to seerdom, but startlingly talented in his honing ability. Raised in part by Chise and her mate, Aoki, Keung and his brothers were spared their parents public shunning. Privately, however, there are those who question the family Anu and Keung left behind.
