I have a lot of ideas for characters, but since I haven't roleplayed in a long while, I want to develop my ideas a little more. I only have basic outlines and am welcoming any and all thoughts. I'd also be happy to help with any characters you want to work on! I'll post the basics and ideas in following posts.

Name: Keoni Kalani
Age: 23
Build: Very athletic, a traditional Hawaiian surfer's body. He's around 6'7" and very lean.
Appearance: Naturally black hair with a reddish tint that waves gracefully down to the middle of his back. Normally, his hair is in a loose ponytail that hangs over his shoulder. His eyes are a soft, kind brown that spark whenever he hears something that interests him. Although he has a crooked nose from when he fell off his surfboard and onto the rocky shore, he has an infectious smile that scrunches his thick eyebrows and brings wrinkles to corners of his mouth.
Personality: Keoni is very sweet, but sometimes to the extent that people take advantage of him. He rarely gets angry and is incredibly pacifistic. The most efficient way to describe him is the archetype of a friendly giant. Although he takes offense to insults about his surfing and comments on his stereotypical laid-back attitude, he generally doesn't do much about it.
Background: Keoni has lived in Hawaii his entire life with his mother, Allison. She was stationed in Hawaii with the air force when she met Keoni's native dad, Kaimani. They became intimate and, eventually, Keoni was born. Even with a child, Kaimani was a free spirit and left the two to fend for themselves. Although his father left at an early age, Keoni never forgot him and has always wanted to see him again. This loss of a father figure made Keoni long for a connection to his teachers and coaches.

Name: Vera Eleonora
Age: 17
Build: Vera is very thin, almost sickly looking, and about 5'11".
Appearance: Her blue eyes are sharp and predatory, but her pale and sallow skin seems almost translucent in contrast to her eyes. Her hair is straight and black. Her hands are long, spindly, and delicate, but her nails are long and claw-like as well as painted a blood red. Although she seems quiet and doll-like in appearance, she moves through crowded hallways with intense purpose and determination.
Personality: Vera can seem quiet and shy, but one glance at her eyes dispels those thoughts. They flit from person to person with analytic intensity and calculation. She carefully selects how she will present herself every day and is hard to get close to because of that. Vera attempts to keep people on her toes by changing herself daily, but that stops people from getting too close. She doesn't really want everyone to stay away, she tries to fit in with too many crowds at once and just ends up confusing everyone in the process. As long as she is passed around foster homes, she won't ever be able to blend in, which is what she's always wanted secretly.
Background: Vera has lived in foster homes her entire life, which could be a factor to her inability to adjust properly to groups. She's never wanted to meet her biological parents and tries to attach to whomever her foster parents are at the time.

Name: Sophia Konstantina
Age: 28
Build: Short and thick, Sophia is a large-hipped, large-breasted, and curvy and muscular satyr.
Appearance: Short cropped black hair that is reminiscent of a rocky outcropping reveals a small set of goat horns. She often gazes at her surroundings listlessly with the classic horizontal pupils of goats, with a light grey iris, while her fuzzy short legs are a slightly darker grey. Her skin is the olive color of the average Greek person, but mildly tanned from work outside.
Personality: Sophia is a particularly stubborn individual, her thoughts are often conservative, and she rarely likes to change which often makes her a hard person to work with. She was born in the inner city, so she is very rigid in her routine: get up early, eat breakfast, work until sundown, dinner, and then sleep. Although she is very up tight about most things, she has a soft spot for people in need and will always lend a hand to those who ask for it, but only if they promise to work hard and stay afloat. Respect and trust are important values to her, and she holds them to the highest degree.
Background: As a child, she grew up in a small house the youngest of ten siblings; her parents were not wealthy, but they always found ways to feed and love all their children. Although they tried their hardest, they were out of money and ideas, except one: to travel to a new world and send back money. This worked for a few months, but mysteriously, they disappeared. Sophia was forced to go to work on a farm when she was eight, and has moved her way up through the ranks to finally own the farm where she works still today.
