Bio: They bring a bit of rule to the chaos of villains. They watch over their domain and make sure that all who dwell and operate within do so according to their rule. The Seven consist of two parts (the seven rulers of the council, and twenty followers) and preside over three enforcers: Eight, Nine, and Ten. Over all, they are content to leave things as they are, but have their own agenda. When anyone starts to get in their way, The Seven deal with them swiftly and silently.
