Aetherpolis is by far the largest city in all of Magic Earth. It acts as the capital city of Otherearth and lies at the very centre of the entire land mass. From one end you would be lucky to see the other side of the city's walls, spires line the outer wall and great gates are aligned north, west, south and east. All the races of Otherearth converge here, live and work together, as well as fighting off the Verdant forces. the population is mostly made of Aether, their respective Archon's occasionally visit, but are more often in their thrones around Otherearth.
The city is made of polished stone from foundation to roof, bridges link over streams of water, great straight roads go from centre outwards. The north is more hilly, and wooded, the south-east is home to a small lake. The city is a bustling market and social area, as well as a strong military base, especially in the south-west of the city. Each gate is armed, and each spire along the walls are heavily armed against any possible Verdant threats from the wild.
The Aetherpolis is ruled by a small Council, a representative of each race, this includes Aether, Star Elves of both Evermoon and Sunspire City, Orcs and Therians. However the presence of one Archon is enough to overrule any decision the council could make.
