The Ball date has finally been decided, plots are now complete, finally it is time to get down to business with the main events graphics and arts. If you guys are still interested in making stuff for the room or advertising, just reply in here so we are informed. You will only have to take on the work you will be able to do and it will be up to you to decide to do someones graphics. However, if you feel you can not complete the graphics by the ball time, you MUST inform the requester with enough time for them to find someone else to do their graphics.
