So, I've been seeing numerous announcements regarding the lack of member participation.
To be honest, I have not been as active as I would like due to my educational responsibilities. However, I think to we need a way to keep members that we already have, considering that we are losing them so frequently.
Start contests to win gold based on bumps, number or recruits and number or posts created within the guild.
Also, The guild seems so informal, bullying is a serious topic as as much as this guild is based upon it I feel that we should elaborate on it more. Have more open conversations about making friends, over coming bullying, how people days went. Going to the lifestyle forum and exploring what people are currently going through.
Just some suggestions though, What do you all think? Do you have any ideas?
