Name: Naito Suta
Age: 23
Height: 6'1
Weight: 180
Personality: Naito finds himself to be humble towards the less fortunate. He does whatever he can to help out the little guy. The poor find him to be a Robin Hood of sorts. Stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. Although this may be, Naito also has a competitive nature and finds that he needs to improve upon himself so he sees fit to find anyway way to get stronger. Though to the rich folk, he finds himself to be cold and unforgiving. He'll do whatever he can to make their lives a living hell since they are so used to living wonderful lives of comfort and security.
Skills: Naito is extremely skilled in martial arts and is an accomplished acrobat easily able to do back flips and mid-air cartwheels with little effort in terms of physical strain. Naito's natural abilities are so impressive that even without his blade, Naito is easily able to take on thugs or criminals of any kind. He is also an excellent cook. Having had to take care of himself and Riolu, he was forced to take up the roles of hunting and gathering while also preparing the food for him and his fellow companion. While being a gatherer, Naito likes to think of himself above the law and also steals from others but from the rich benefactors of society instead of the poor.
Biography: Naito was born in Fushia City under a family of shinobi and their fellow pokemon. Being the police force of Fushia City under direct orders from Koga, Naito was raised to follow the laws of the land. Naito began his training at the age of seven but when he was introduced to a pokemon that would be his partner in keeping the peace, Naito declined, saying that he didn't need a pokemon by his side to show the power of justice to the people. Having heard of villains like Team Rocket around, stealing pokemon and causing trouble for trainers, Naito believed that pokemon would only hinder him in performing his duties. His beliefs only grew once he became a teenager and he was able to do more alongside his clan members. Even the Gym leader Koga took notice to the young boy. Although he was great at what he did, that didn't stop his family from worrying about the lack of connections between him and the pokemon of the world. To Naito, Pokemon were nothing but attack dogs in his mind and were only there to serve humans. Growing older into a young adult, everything he believed in would crumble to his feet. One night, he was on patrol as usual when he came across a thief. The person looked to be a beggar. The beggar was caught snatching an apple away from a stock in a basket. Sure, it was a petty crime but it was still stealing. He wasn't the only one who had seen the incident. Together, he and two of his fellow clansmen chased after the man. It was a long winded run but eventually, they caught up to the man but not before he ran into a shelter. Naito was behind the two men for back up seeing as how he didn't know what he was going to find behind the door. The latch was lifted and once the door slid open, the three looked inside to find the beggar feeding the apple to what seemed to be a very weakened and starved Riolu. Naito froze. What was this? A beggar going out of his way to feed a pokemon? Naito looked into the eyes of the pokemon and saw how desperate it was to stay alive. The two clansmen moved in to subdue the beggar but were stopped by two hands, grabbing the back of their shirts and pulling them away and throwing them to the ground. Surprised by his actions, the clansmen froze and waited for an explanation from the young man but nothing came from his lips. Only his mind seemed filled with words. It was then that he realized the truth. Pokemon weren't tools to be used. They had lives just like everyone else had and the Riolu behind him was going to lose his any moment. This was a man of justice but now he has seen the error of his ways and what was more important now wasn't what was considered the law but what was now considered the greater good. Naito stood between his clansmen and the beggar.
The guards had taken this as a sign of betrayal and stood once more to greet their family member now as a criminal though not before giving the boy a chance to step aside and to make the "right" choice for his own good. The young man took this as a challenge and with that in mind, he took in arms with hand cuffs alone and charged into battle with the two in front of him. Luckily for him, the two that he got into it with were only amateurs and were nothing too impressive to fight with. He was able to cuff the two together by their wrists and contort their bodies into an awkward position, and to finish it off, shoved them off to the ground. What had he done? What was he doing? All of this for one single pokemon? No, it wasn't just that. He didn't have time to think about it too much. Before he knew it, there were sirens calling out this way. He guessed that someone had seen what was going on and called the police to come help. He looked back at the shelter and the two were gone. Had the beggar done what he had said and gone to the docks? He guesed that he was going to find that out soon enough. The young man ran over and broke into a family's house. There were already helicopters and police there at the scene and they watched him break into that home. Now he was really a criminal. Breaking and entering a home was definitely illegal but he found what he wanted.
The police were zoning in but as they got closer, they heard the raor of a motor. Naito had commandeered a motorcycle and was now bashing his way through the garage door and was running over the police that had gotten in the way. The rest jumped out of the way for their lives and watched as Naito started his get away. Right behind him though were the fury and force of the Fushia Police brigade, coming to take him down but Naito wasn't going to just let that happen. He had to act quickly. He had made a lot of ruckus around the whole city with the way he was riding around with the police force behind him, trying to cut him off at corners. By now they must have known where he was going but it was too late to stop him. He was already too close to the beach. Jumping out over a curb, he flew over a hill and landed on the beach but with the police driving off around to meet him at the docks. Now it was a race against freedom and time! It was either the boat that was now taking off or a jail cell for god knew how long. Naito revved up the motor and was off like a jet, leaving a large cloud of sand behind him.
Naito was making pretty good time and distance on the Police. That jump over the hill must have helped out but now came the hard part. Looking ahead, he saw that the Police had indeed beat him there first and now Growlithe were there waiting for him. His eyes wide with surprise, he sped up, expecting the obvious to come. the Growlithe watched the man approach with insane speed. The officers were astounded that Naito was still continuing to fight them like this. Just what had gotten into him? Over on the boat that the Beggar had stowed away onto, he and Riolu continued to watch as their savior sped along the beach. The boat was taking off and soon it would be too late. How was he going to get onto the boat now that it was taking off? the young man had already thought about this and there was only one answer left. The Growlithe saw that he was close enough and the squad let out a blast of flame thrower at the young man but miraculously, they failed. Naito had seen this coming and was already planning ahead. There was a sill just ahead of him and with the flames coming, he roared on and flew over the hill, using it as a ramp and used it to fly over the flames. The Growlithe stopped and watched in amazement. The boy was flying now on the motorcycle that he had taken.
It was now or never! Naito had landed with a loud crash on the Dock and was now roaring down the dock at top speed. The police didn't even bother to chase him now. In their minds, it was going to be a dead end and there was no way he was going to make it with that motorcycle. though as he neared the end, the beggar and Riolu watched as Naito now stood on the front of the bike and balanced it out for the last possible second, before jumping and making a leap of faith for the boat, catching himself on the railing and making it onto the ship. The beggar cheered wildly! Riolu had a light smile on it's face. the pokemon was glad that Naito had made it along with them. The ship was now sailing for Pallet town and now Riolu was in Naito's hands. The beggar thought it would be best if Riolu was with him seeing the dedication the yougn man showed to save the pokemon was death. With his first pokemon in his arms, Naito sails off to a new future of untold mysteries.
