Erm, slight misunderstanding about the love spell.
It's affects took place while they were fighting Ares army, and quickly ended as the two armies consecrated the spell on the spot.
I don't think the spell was to immaculately create children from every single pair of people in love, it was just to make them want to make babies.
So the amazons who were with man-beasts will have babies, because that's just what tends to happen with intercourse involving male parts and female parts.
I'm totally up for Aphrodite giving Cyan or Ephiny a baby, but that just wasn't what was intended at the time.
And we all know that the amazons dig each other anyway, so no surprise there with the tribe orgy, but the love spell thing already wore off a while ago.

Rm-kie, so here's what Lulu thinks. The spell was only to make everyone get their baby makin' on. Aside from the Joxer thing, there are no mystical pregnancies from that "battle". But, if everyone wants Ephy and Cy to have a mini, Lulu can add that into the story somehow.
