Clan Gathering and Activity Check threads will all be started by a moderator and happen once per month.




Clan Gatherings may be RPed as usual every moon (roughly 10 days shop time)OR at least once a month, between Clan Leaders and Deputies. Since Clan Leaders and Deputies need to be some of the most active members of the RP, missing a monthly clan meeting will count as a life lost for Leaders, as the only reason a Leader should miss a gathering is that hey have taken so ill, or been so injured, they can not physically make the journey. Leaders and Deputies MUST post at least ONCE per season in the Gathering Thread of that season with a brief summary of how their clan is doing. It only needs to be one or two sentences, and the events can be spread between each leader and deputy. If a Leader wishes to be the only one to 'speak' the other leaders/deputies of that clan must still post "____ was here" posts, standing beside their leader or watching with the rest of the cats and so on.

Simple things to be discussed at a Clan Gathering could be hunting situations, Kits that have been apprenticed, Apprentices that have become warriors, and Elders that have gone to hunt with Starclan, as well as any more pressing, urgent news about the forest as a whole. While all clans are rivals, the forest still needs all of the clans to be able to thrive.

Other warriors and apprentices may join in, having accompanied their leaders to the gathering, but it is not necessary.





Activity Checks are a little less involved. Simply post a link to your most recent RP for each of your cats (One RP per cat or if you have more than 5, your 5 most active cats) and a brief one or two sentence summary of what your cat(s) has(have) done in the past month.

Example: Gingerloaf has been on border patrol and has sired 3 healthy kits with Shadypelt.
