why can i send announcements when i am only a member? that dont seem right

its most likely a setting the captain checked on the guild editing page either for a reason or by mistake, i will send the captain a pm to see if this is supposed to be on but i am sure it is on for a reason

i actually checked a box saying its ok for members to send announcements but please dont send one with out permission ok members only who send without permision risk banning from the guild
