Announcements
- It seems like every announcement is about the lack of activity, but that won't bring people back. Announcements should be used more to tell members about events, which we should have more of.
Guild Theme
- Aside from a few discussions, I haven't seen much that we do about the bully problem. Let's do more in and out of the guild. Why don't we select some members, put them into groups, and assign some jobs. We can have like five people make a quest thread to gain funds for contests and events in the guild. Five people can make a hangout/chat thread in the Friend's Chat sub forum that is themed around the bully problem.
Events
- For events and contests, why not have all members try to make links/banners to post in signatures and in profiles so that more people will join our guild? This will raise activity. We can have more contests, such as: tektek, art, graphics, bumping, random number generator, and more.
The Front Page
- The bully related content should be at the top of the front page, links should be at the bottom. The first thing people should see when the explore our guild is what we are about.
None of this is meant to be offensive, the guild is very well put together and these are only suggestions.
