Well I watched a few times and it matches up pretty good but the album has to play through 2 or 3 times so yeah!

I hear there's a crash on a cymbal as Dorthy falls off the fence, and that as the Tin Man listens to his heart-watch, there's a heartbeat in the background. But, I've never tried it myself, I don't own the movie.

It does work. My dad was the first one to tell me that. I didn't believe him at first, but we tried it out, and lo-and-behold, it DID work. It was kinda cool. You gotta have the timing just right though. Otherwise it's all thrown off and the cd HAS to be on repeat.

good list matt -- one you didn't mention was on the fist playthrough, at the end of the album when the voice says very faintly "there is no dark side of the moon really, as a matter of fact it's all dark", dorothy and the scarecrow lean way in towards the tin man, as if straining to hear the soft voice.
