In the shadier districts of Soragakure there is a series of blocks known as the Pits. These areas are devoid of any sort of law. Ruffians, scoundrels, thugs and miscreants line the streets, preying on all who pass by. The blackmarket runs from here and the presence of gangs is strong. If you want something on the down low, here's where you get it.

For once in their lives the twins were not walking side by side. For this mission they had chosen Olivia as the bait. She was shorter than Oliver and slight, giving off a more approachable feel. Currently she looked a bit run down. A bit of make up and acting mixed together brought out one crack head looking Olivia. There were deep shadows under her eyes and they were wide, paranoia seeping in and leaving them darting around and staring into shadows. Her clothes were tattered and her lips were cracked in places; Olivia looked positively strung out. As she walked slowly through the streets, Oliver mirrored her path through the buildings above. Without saying a word the two of them conversed, though due to their nature it was more like they were talking to themselves. "I do believe I should have worn a jacket." Olivia thought to her brother as she clutched her arms, a shiver running through her body. Oliver felt the phantom chill but did not react to it; he already did with Olivia. The boy half smiled as he silently leaped from building to building, hugging his legs to his chest and easily clearing the eight foot gap. "It is a nice touch, though. Olive-" Oliver said as he crouched near a window, spotting a shady looking fellow on the corner of a street. He had a long coat on, one that covered much of his face and fell past his knees. What was visible of his head left much to wonder. The man was completely bald, even having no eyebrows. From his vantage point Oliver could see the man eyeing Olivia. The girl half did not slow down, instead she adjusted her path to get right to him.
An eerie howling blanketed Olivia's footsteps as she crossed the littered street. As she closed in on the man, he turned to face her and held up a hand. "You lost little girl?" He cat called out, taking the extra steps and closing the distance between them. Olivia and Oliver's mind went into overdrive as they absorbed every detail about him. He was over six feet tall and on the heavier side, though it did not look much like fat. His eyes were black, the color having faded from his irises. The biggest mystery was his breath. It was so sweet, sweeter than any other fruit the two had ever happened on. Sticking to her character, Olivia scratched at a nonexistent itch as she spoke. "I'm lookin' for somethin', maybe ya can help." Her voice was completely different from normal. She slurred her words and removed certain sounds right from her language. The guy smirked and got even closer, reaching one hand up and opening his jacket. All along the inside was all sorts of illicit materials. Olivia could cleanly make out a wicked looking knife poking out of his belt. After scanning what was there, she shook her head. "No, I want somethin' heavier." Olivia said, winking and nodding her head at the guy. She glanced around 'nervously', catching other people on the streets. There were so few out and it was so dark they could easily not be noticed.
The man chuckled and closed his jacket, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a large black pill. That was the signal for the others to act. Olivia had baited him out, now they needed to capture him and get information from him. Oliver prepared himself, slipping his fingers just near the seal to summon his puppet.

If it was one thing Kozi knew extremely well, it was the Soragakure night-life. Back in her more... volatile times in her teens she would frequent these allies looking for anything to get off with... be it a quick fix, a back alley booty call with one of her many boy toys, or a bottle of cheap malt liquor. The memories alone brought a smile to her face as she too shadowed their bait. The plan was to capture the man alive... fat chance of that. They had a psychic with them. He should probably just read the man's mind anyway. If he even got the chance. These allies were a dangerous place for anyone. With her Anko outfit going, she'd be a prime target for the wrong type of attention. Olivia was two steps away from becoming an unfortunate statistic. A leap from one building to the next put her at the perfect vantage point ahead of her. Before Olivia saw her, Kozi had already seen and started examining the man. He was tall and seemed bulkier than his body type should assume. Drugs. That was an obvious one. Her tendrils began to tense and come alive within her while she watched the exchange go on. Olivia played crackhead well but it was hard to believe the man would be so incredibly easy to bait out. The only reason a drug cartel could be so stupid is if they A.) didn't feel threatened by the ninja police, or B.) were literally just stupid. In either case, her level of irritation instantly skyrocketed. He pulled the black pill out and her eyes locked on it. Her muscles tensed and she felt her arm detach as she eyed the man.
Her anger was just steadily rising as all of her bones and muscles began to heat up. A bit of chakra leaked into the air like smoke as her body entered the First gate almost without her knowing. Yes. Feed into the hatred. How dare they be so idiotic. he whispered. The he had no name but he was with her just as Jace had been there in the back of her mind. Steam was literally coming out of her nose as she reared her arm back and launched it forward. I came, to the man, out of nowhere as his head was slammed into the wall, the pill flying into the air. She pulled his head back and with a thrust she slammed it into the wall again. Before he could react she pulled him backwards across the street to the bottom of the building she was on and his head went into the wall again. She let go, realizing he was probably less than conscious and fell from the roof, landing just before him and looked on him with disgust as her arm retracted into place and she noticed she had dented the wall with those three attacks.
She calmed down a bit as blood trickled from either side of his head and she wiped the blood away from her hand. She was still breathing too heavily to take in her surroundings. She liked the power she had gotten from the spirit, but she wasn't sure if she liked the way it... had influenced her. She could hear the laughter of the demon, no spirit in her ear. She accepted it's power, it's promise. Anger gives motivation without purpose, so she knew that she could give herself direction but that was far beyond what she wanted. It's promise was power... strength. It's burdens are just as great, which Kozi was coming to slowly learn.

Impulse. That was what he just witnessed, as Kozi flat-out attacked a civilian, as well as a potential hot seat of information. He immediately rushed up to her, and slapped her hard on the cheek. His eyes flared. "Excuse me, but did I give you the authorization to attack him? Learn a little more about the situation before you go assaulting people." He wasn't sure what sort of influence she was under. Her chakra seemed to spike for a moment, then slowly return to regular. Considering it only took a single tick to get her to explode like that, he was seriously doubting her potential of staying on board this mission. "Next time, let me make those decisions. Any more of that and you're dismissed." The girl could react however she wanted. Violently, quietly, or angrily. Whatever the case, she would be gone if she disobeyed. He wasn't going to stand here and let some loose cannon screw up their mission and slaughter citizens of Sora on a whim.
He crossed his arms, and sighed. This was already pretty screwed -- the scandal that could come with ninja-on-civilian casualties, even just injuries, was quite undesirable. He did not want that sort of attention coming on them. Not right now, when Sora was in such disarray.

"Well then." Olivia said after Kozi displayed her little session of anger. She reached an arm out and caught the insidious pill, raising it to eye level. Oliver watched and smiled as Jean slapped Kozi. It was not that they disliked the girl, no not in the slightest. It was that they would have never let their emotions get the better of them as she had. It was such a rookie mistake that Oliver had to stifle a laugh. It then came to Olivia's attention that what the tendril woman had done had created a lot of noise. They were out in the streets and had a very large chance of attracting attention of those unwanted. Olivia took the hand of the now very dead drug dealer and dragged his body into an alleyway. "Go ahead, I'm on my way down." Oliver both said and thought to his sister. He walked to the edge of the building and generated chakra to his feet, clinging to the side of the building like a spider. The male Delacroix made hsi desecnt slowly, walking with poise and grace. Where Kozi had a seemingly insatiable need to let her anger out in destructive ways, the twins had the rapacious need to be perfect. Oliver crossed the street silently and swiftly, stopping near Kozi. "Will you be alright to continue this mission? We can't have you killing all the people we catch." The boy said in a joking tone, though completely serious. He had a feeling that they were going to encounter resistance and muscle, and that was where Kozi would come in handy. Maybe it was best to leave this part of the mission to those capable of controlling themselves.
An odd noise came from the alleyway, muffled by the trash and great walls of the buildings. It was a sort of suction noise followed by static. Olivia had opened a rift against one of the brick walls. She carefully shoved the body into the breach and promptly closed it afterward. As she emerged from the alleyway, Olivia held up the pill and spoke. "Regardless of the condition of that man, we do have one sample of the pill. I believe we can-" Oliver cut in, taking the pill and holding it up for all to see. "Pose as dealers ourselves, someone is bound to come and try to buy. From them, we can try and see if there is perhaps a local hangout where these...people go." Oliver said the word people as if was dirty in itself. He did not pity the addicts, they did this to themselves. Perhaps if they were stronger willed, like Oliver and Olivia, then this would not have happened to them. At the same time the twins looked to Jean, wondering what his opinion on the matter was. They were the lowest ranked here and understood the ladder of ranks.

Kozi wasn't paying enough attention to anyone else to notice when the smack came in. His slap hit her face but it didn't move her head at all. Instead that thing in her woke right, brightly back up in her mind and she started to put him through the wall instead of just push him into it. Self control was the only thing that stopped her from doing just that. Her eyes focused in on his and she swatted his hand from her face. I'd advise you not do that. She said through gritted teeth. The spirit of anger was very clear and present in her mind. She knew Jean was in her head, and the spirit had nothing to say to him but what he had heard Kozi say. Kozi willed the spirit to rescind in her mind before she thought back to him. I didn't just assault someone. He's a criminal. As a matter of fact I know him. He's hurt more than a few of my chickas from before the academy. Images and the word rape came to mind as hurt came up as she thought about 'hurt.' She had to repress anger. His name was YG. She said as he was dragged away. She wasn't apologetic nor worried about Jean's threat at all, a feeling reassured when Oliver made his good natured comment.
She only winked in response to him and then turned to watch the rift open up. Her arm extended to the inside of the man's coat and pulled back a healthy amount of opiates. She handed them to Oliver and Jean just as the rift closed. I know of a few hot-spots around town if you would like to take a look there. I think I'll just stand on something tall and keep a lookout for suspicious activity. She had given up every spot where she knew the less fortunate went to get their stimuli in her mind to Jean and then up to the rooftops she went to watch from a distance. Don't worry Jean, I won't kill anything else. She half assedly thought to him and then got to work scouting out the area. As she walked she looked down on the area looking for any and all signs of what they were looking for in some conventional night life locations. She eventually perched across from a nightclub and stared at the line of people who were accumulated outside. The way she was dressed she was ready to go undercover anywhere and Jean had only told her not to kill anyone, and if she was needed they would contact her. Might as well check it out.
She knew the Volcano very well. She spent to much time there and not enough studying. Back when she could read minds she spent all class stealing lessons from her hot teacher inbetween gawking at him, which eliminated the need for any kind of studying. She knew the bouncer, B.G. very well. She'd almost banged his brother so she had an in whenever she wanted it. She only flashed him a wink and strolled right on in. The music was poundingly loud. It was odd not hearing all the guys thinking about which girls to get with in the night but it was also nice to let it be up in the air. She sat in a stool at the bar and began watching the dance floor. It took no time for her to see the effects of a very popular drug known as Molly in more than 30% of those present. She shook her head and began rocking to the beat slowly.
The VIP section, as per the norm, was full of rich assholes who would only approach someone like Kozi if something was in it for them, which normally meant a dance and hopefully more. She wasn't a slut but she wasn't a prude either. So when she tossed a glance that way a couple of guys pulled her over. Jean, I may have something she thought assuming he was still listening. She got up and made her way over with her man eater strut. She walked up the small staircase and sat down amidst a group of high or drunk men and woman and immediately they offered her a mug of beer. She wiggled a finger at him and snatched up the pitcher. With no reservation she threw it back in under ten seconds even a breath. The girls around her must have been lightweights. Amidst the cheering they did while she was drinking she spotted some interesting things. First, large rolls of money, and second she spotted thick black lines in a few of the mens' sleeves. She put down the pitcher, not even a little buzzed, and looked one of them men in his eyes as she sat back and then went on with the mingling as if she was just another idiot.
Things rolled on and she ended up on the dancefloor with the guy she had targeted with her eyes earlier. She pulled him close behind her and didn't have to pretend to enjoy throwing it back. In her mind she was in complete control of the situation but she definitely allowed him to think she wasn't. When he pulled her to the bathroom and locked the door, she knew her perfect moment had arrived. She let him lift her and put her up on the sink, getting frisky and unbuttoning things. She looked at his open shirt with mock enthusiasm. Mor eof those black lines. He kissed her neck and she wrapped her legs around his waist. She clinched them painfully tight and as he pulled back amazed by her strength she grabbed his throat, now deadly serious and threatening to crush everything in his neck. She pushed him back with her tendril extended arm and slammed him into the wall, much softer than the other man but still hard. You're going to tell me where you get the drugs or we won't be getting along very well anymore she said closing the distance. He fought back, but he was nowhere near strong enough to do enough damage to make her let go. She only got stronger as he pissed her off more and so she slammed him into the wall much harder and the gravity of the situation set in. Okay wait! I don't know anything I'm just a grunt! he said as she loosened her hands. She frowned and reared back her other arm. Wait! Okay okay, all I know for sure is that they brew it in a factory that got closed down a few months ago but I don't know anything else! I thought as much. She let him go and he fell, clasping his own throat. She did still punch him hard enough to knock him out and just dragged him into a stall. She adjusted herself and then walked out of the bathroom triumphantly, making a B line for the door, and then out into the night as quick and suddenly as she had appeared. Jean, did you get all that? she thought openly again.

Oliver and Olivia merely stood by and watched as Kozi defended her actions. For a moment, the tension was so evident they almost felt stifled despite the open air. Suppose she had struck back? Oliver thought privately to Olivia. They purposefully kept this from Jean, not wanting to bother him with their musings. Olivia could not help but smile. Oh, I would bet she did, and would. Oliver smiled in return, the only signal that they had a private conversation with each other. Kozi's explanation for her assault on the civilian had them seriously debating whether or not she was justified. I would say that while there was little reason to attack him, I do not feel an ounce of pity for the man if what Kozi says is true. Oliver thought to her counterpart. He caught the wink from Kozi and nodded his head at her, a coy smile in place. He was so outclassed, it was a bit of a faux pas honestly. How could you consider yourself an honorable opponent with such a ruthless attack? You seem to be thinking about this with a bit of bias. Oliver turned to his sister and raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms over his chest. If I am thinking of this with bias, so are you dear sister. Olivia shook her head and smiled, keeping her giggle quiet.
If there was one thing that Kozi had plenty of it was sassiness. That girl was so zesty Olivia and Oliver had half a mind to spread her out over some tacos. They both came to the conclusion that there was little love between the two ninja, Jean and Kozi. Hopefully they could see past their differences in work ethic and get the job done. The two who were one knew that they themselves were utterly capable of doing so, but could only be faithful in the others. So far they had seen little of what Jean could actually do, and only saw how quickly Kozi could smash someone's head in. Olivia and Oliver both put their hands in their pockets and walked in complete synchronization. The only thing different was their breathing. While one breathed in, the other breathed out. It was their cycle, to show they truly were one. For awhile they walked quietly behind Kozi, having not been all too familiar with the area themselves. Of course they had done their research. Olivia had looked into the territorial disputes between the local gangs whereas Oliver had looked at blueprints of the district. It was laid out much like the rest of the village, hapazardly and with little planning. The gangs on the other hand were practically as organized as the army itself. There were a few different types of these tribes as well. Those who sought to strong arm the businesses here, the ones looking for constant tribute in exchange for protection, and the drug runners. Olivia went even deeper and looked into the habits of those who took drugs. There was a wonderful amount of things to get strung out on, the easiest to acquir being opiates. Some made you a laggard, others made you into a speed lover. Each had its affect and even changed the way a person looked. Since they had gotten in this dark district Olivia and Oliver had been playing a game. If there was someone tweaking out they would try and name the drug that had them on the hook.
The sounds of loud music and raised voices had snapped the twins back to attention. It seemed Kozi was going to check out a place called 'Volcano', a club of sorts. One of them was enough and even the twins had to admit that they were not properly dressed for the occassion. "We shall check out that lovely-" Oliver finished his sister's sentence as Olivia walked over to him, reaching for his shirt that was perfectly buttoned. "Little establishment over there." Oliver gestured with one hand, pointing to a drab little bar. Olivia began to unbutton his shirt as her male counterpart began to speak. "I have no doubt in my mind that Kozi will be able to cover that area by herself. The more of us out there the more obvious it will be. Olivia and I will stake out the watering hole and see what we can dredge up." Olivia's slender fingers had made short work of Oliver's jacket. His undershirt was now rumpled and his jacket unbuttoned rather unevenly. She reached her hand up and mussed his hair. Oliver closed his eyes and took a breath. Once he opened them he transformed, now looking beyond tired tinged with a hint of paranoia. "Off we go, dear brother." Olivia said as she pushed Oliver forth. As her other half entered the bar, Olivia watched from a window. She did not need to look at Oliver, he would provide all the vision through their link. Olivia instead looked frmo afar, scoping out the area. There were two exits, one possibly leading further into the place. The bar was located on the eastern end, with tables, benches, and stools strewn randomly about. The main entrance was located at the southern wall. Three windows, one of them boarded up from a possible prior break in. There were nine people, including Oliver and the bartender.
Oliver stumbled through the door, drawing the eyes of a few of the people. Everyone seemed deep into their cups and had very little stamina to spare on a new comer. The ginger haired man walked to the bar and claimed a seat, leaning heavily on the counter top. Through his sister's eyes he could see men raising matches to the openings of pipes and all sorts of devices. One man lowered his nose and took a deep sniff, disappearing a line of white substance in one go. "Oi, I'll take me fill of yer best and cheapest ale." Oliver said, a cockney accent leaking out of his mouth. It was nothing at all how he sounded in reality, but it fit his appearance. The bartender grunted in response and began to pour him some sort of brown tincture. Oliver nodded to the man in thanks and took a sip, groaning and spitting it out on the floor. "Don't you got anythin' with more of a kick? You know, somethin' stronger?" Olivia shifted outside of the window, knowing this was the signal. There would be someone who picked up on it. Just as she suspected one of the patrons shifted a bit before rising to his feet.
The man stalked across the place, his back bent and a cloak covering much of him. He took the seat right next to Oliver and began to speak in a gutteral voice. "I may have something right up youer alley, mate. It's not a drink, but will hit you twice as hard. Of course, for a price." Oliver swiveled in his chair and eyed the man warily. "Too many ears, let's talk about this outside." Oliver lifted his cup and knocked back the drink in one go. Olivia scrunched her nose and physically protested against the drink, though Oliver kept a straight face. He threw a bit of money on the counter top and led the way. The man followed close by, walking right into the alleyway that Oliver led him to. "Scream and I'll be sure to not only cut your tongue out, but I'll also send it to a place that would be very uncomfortable for you." Olivia said as she stepped from the shadows, placing one hand on the shoulder of the man. Oliver whirled around and delivered a swift jab to the man's nose, earning a groan from him. Olivia pushed him to his knees as Oliver reached forward, frisking the man with both hands. In short time he had a few samples of the wretched pills. "Oh, lovely. This is just what we wanted. Now, do tell us where you get these from." Oliver said to the man, winking in their hostage's direction. The man remained quiet, a stern and stubborn look in his eyes. "Sister, would you-" Olivia was already placing her hands on the wall, opening a rift. The brick disappeared as the breach widened, large enough to fit a basketball inside. Oliver grabbed the man by the collar and hoisted him up, placing his head through the rift. "Now what you are seeing is an empty dimension." Olivia spoke as she leaned against the wall, crossing her arms over her chest. "The interesting part is not the dimension itself, but the opening. Half in one world-" Oliver said, pushing the man further in so his neck was bared. "Half in the other. Now brother, what do you suppose would happen if we closed this rift while he was in and not in this dimension?" Olivia asked, tapping her knuckles against the wall. Oliver shrugged his shoulders and put an exaggerated look of curiosity on. "I'm not sure, but I am willing to bet a separation of sorts will occur." The man began to struggle them, his screams muffled by the vastness of the dimension. Oliver pulled him slightly forward so he could see them from inside the rift. "Now, would you kindly tell us where these pills are made?"
Olivia and Oliver crossed the street back to Jean, the male version looking much more cleaned and orderly then before. "Empty factories." Oliver said with a smile, Olivia pulling up next to her brother and crossing his arms just as he did. The man was knocked out in the alleyway, currently sitting in his soiled pants.

I'd advise you not to do that, he heard, as his hand struck her face. His eyes narrowed, and his facial expression dulled. It was not angry, but completely empty. He rose his hand, and it collided with her cheek once more. "I am advising you here, miss. Respect my authority and everything will go smoothly. Act the way you are right now, and there will be problems." Jean was, at heart, a military man. Considering this, he had been extremely well disciplined as he soared through the ranks after his leave of the academy. He respected Saiyuri and did everything she said, not once stepping or speaking out of turn. When he did, he welcomed punishment, physical or anything else. Because of this, Kozi was a natural opposite to him, and he did not enjoy her presence. Maybe later, but not now.
When the twins offered their proposition, shortly after dragging the drug dealer off the way, he crossed his arms. It was decent enough, though they were underestimating the capability of their group. Considering their collective skillsets, they had no need to go undercover. "If the need arises, then all I simply need do is reach into their minds. We don't even need to pretend, only ask -- where would you go for a quick fix? I'd be able to get it out of them very quickly." Of course, their option was possible as well, considering the mentality of those afflicted, as well as the difficulty of this mission. They had not been given much information, so he was not quite sure which option was more logical; directly, or indirectly? Covert, or frontforward? Shinobi were supposed to be stealthy and smart, but they also had much to risk by allowing situations to escalate any further.
As for Kozi's excuse, he didn't really care, because he wasn't sure he could believe her. By now, she knew he was a Mayu, and so she could hide and reveal whatever she wanted from him. It wasn't that hard, with a little bit of focus. "Prove your ability by your actions, not your words." And just like that, she proposed something else, and began to go out on the look. He permitted her to leave, as she knew what she was best at.
Next thing he knew, Oliver was gone as well, into the distance to fulfill some scheme. Jean would have to decide his own path, act at his own discretion. He closed his eyes for just a moment, and cleared his mind. The drugs made people vicious, but only after a time. The cartel had solicited more and more people to their product, but now that the side-effects were most likely public knowledge, they would recline and retract. This meant that they would probably be less forward, using the same slimy tactics as other dealers, like that shady guy that Kozi... dealt with. Jean had to think -- where could he find an agent of theirs? The answer was a little tricky at first, but not too long from his mind's first breath, he discovered what he wanted. It was something directed at the hardcore, the ones who wanted to remain. The ones who needed their fix, who couldn't live without it. It was something that even the most maniacal addict could find while they roamed through the alleyways.
It was a trail, and before his very eyes. "I've found you," he thoughtspoke. There was a woman outside of a building, with a strange looking purse. There was an arrow along the leather on the outside, and it pointed directly to a door to her left. That woman, who had blonde hair and a grand smile, was as good as an advertisement for this stuff could get. Soon enough, his compatriots rejoined him in one way or another, and they both told him of a factory. "It's there," he said back to them. "In plain sight." He reached into a side pouch, and gripped on to something tightly. It was a headband, though no one could see it. It had not yet been revealed. "The question is, do we go in as aspiring buyers, or enemies of their operation? Either way, we're going to have to deal lethal blows." He was advised some time ago to not allow those too dangerous to live. The lowbies and grunts were certainly worth killing, and the leaders of the organization, even more. The question was -- could there be an even higher vigil above them, pulling their strings?

When he asked how the group should go forward, Kozi only smirked. It was like they had invited her to do what she does best. There was no point in entering the building quietly if they were just going to raise hell one inside. She stepped forward and clapped her hands. A bit of smoke rose from her nose as she began weavinf seals together. I'll break down the doors and raise some hell. From what I hear, my specific abilities complement both of yours well she commented noting the wind she had seen earlier from the twins and the flames everyone knew came from Jean. In keeping wit that a ball of white light when into the air and rose the temperature starkly. It would also brighten up the area quite a bit, like a second sun. Ninja Art: Three Dancing Devils! she called out as the final seal was made and she opened her mouth. Three balls of pure shakuton, connected by a tether of lightning, shot at the door. The first one blasted open the door and the second two flew inside, frying more than a few grunts on their way past with the bolts of lightning linking the two, and then exploded in a blast of lightning and shakuton that would set fire to the large room behind the outerdoors. Kozi panted but then she smiled at her work, not even close to done yet. Appropriate use of force? she asked half jokingly and half serious. Within moments there would be enemies flooding out in chaos and fear trying to escape the escalating heat and fires as well as not being able to touch anything metal as it was not only hot but now electrified as well. Some of them would actually be on fire and dying but all of them together were wholly unprepared for the attack. Now was the perfect time to strike back, which they would find out the hard way as the strong fist of Kozi's elongated fists would teach them. What would essentially occur was that she'd grab one and throw them aside or crack their skulls with deadly blows like the one she delivered earlier to the bandit, all just as they rat out the doors or leaped from the windows. There really is something to be said of shock value she whispered to herself.

The answer to Jean's question seemed fairly obvious to the twins. They gave each other a knowing look and then both turned to Kozi, who on queue gave her opinion on the matter. In synchronization the twins gave a sweeping bow, as if to say 'take a crack at it'. They watched with polite smiles on their faces as the tentacled woman summoned forth her blazing fury. Oliver whistled and Olivia clapped for Kozi, though much of that was masked by the screams and wails of those being burned alive. Olivia and Oliver preferred a more humane method, but murder was murder. "Well, shall we?" Oliver said, holding his arm out to his female counterpart. Olivia looped her arm through it and together they waved an arm through the air, mirroring each other. They summoned forth two doors, one in front of them and one a few floors up. The twins would have enough time to deal with those on the levels above before the building was too structurally damaged from Kozi's attack.
Once the twins stepped through they instantly reappeared five floors up. For plot convenience's sake there was plenty of evil doers about. The twins both weaved half the set of seals to the same technique. For theatricality's sake they held up their fingers to their lips, as if they were shushing those present. The air pressure in the room dropped faster than pants after a night out dancing, and soon enough everyone in the enclosed rooms were rendered unconscious. "It can be quite the hassle, doing things the right way." Olivia said as she produced a wheel of ninja wire. She handed one to Oliver as well and they set about rounding up the baddies. "I suppose that's how you really know if it is the right way." The orange haired girl nodded her head in agreement as she pulled tightly on the wrists of her victims. In no time at all they rounded up twelve individuals who would serve time or even worse for their crimes. The twins systematically carried their prisoners through the dimension door and down to safety, placing them out in the street. By now the fire had attracted enough attention and a perimeter had formed around them.
The mood of the crowd was not happy. Oliver and Olivia could see nothing but shady individuals watching one of their fine establishments be burned to the ground by outsiders. Crudely crafted weapons were in hand and there was even harsh murmurs floating about. 'Jean, I believe we may have a problem..." Oliver commented as the crowd seemed to surge forward, closing in around the four shinobi. Olivia stepped forward and raised her voice above the roar of the flames. "Please keep your distance, this is a sanctioned raid. Anyone who intervenes may find themselves in a spot of trouble. Go about your business and we will go abou-" Before she could get the words out someone launched a rock towards her. Oliver reacted swiftly and plucked it out of the air, an agitated look on his face. Olivia weaved seals and thrust her hands out in unison with her brother. From the twins emitted a huge blast of wind, strong enough to push away even the largest of men. The crowd stumbled and turned away, but it would not be long before they came again. To add to their bad luck, four figures emerged from the building. It was clear that something was not right with them. Their veins bulged and where there was once color in their eyes only black dominated them now. Bodies were thickened to a sickening level and it seemed as if their heads were too small for their bodies. It was clear that these individuals were very far strung on the wonder pills the group were set out to obliterate. These would not be as easy as the rest of the henchmen.
