Desperation burbling up inside her, Gwyn bared her teeth and gnawed at the strings in true hare fashion. All at once, some of the strings snapped and fell away. She felt some of the pressure release and she made a joyful sound.
Her hopelessness fell away and she felt the fight surge within her once more. This was doable. She was going to cut all the strings. She was going to break free. She just had to keep trying. She couldn't give up.
Blimey know she didn't want to be a puppet forever!

The strings remained difficult to cut. It almost seemed like they wouldn't break unless several attempts had been made. But how many attempts? She was getting tired of this barmy nonsense, the right barmy things, ARGH.
'Break free,' the memory of a voice echoed in her head.
Brow setting with determination, she kept trying.

Swatting and pushing one final mighty time, the rest of the strings snapped and Gwyn felt herself fall free. Free! As she was released, a memory flashed through her mind.
Her minipets were lined up on her bed, snuggling and gazing up at her. She was sewing one of them a shirt and telling them about her day, when she looked down and realized the shirt she was sewing was attached to another small shirt, and another, and another, as if it had been made for a caterpillar...now how had she managed that?
