This is a community dormitory for faculty members. The rooms are free to them as long as they maintain their jobs on campus. They are large enough to accommodate a married couple and come with larger bathrooms. (A side note: Apologies for the random placement. When I made the guild, I knew I was forgetting something and did not realize until now that it was the Faculty Dorms.)
