Name:
Naomi Parnell
Gender:
Female
Race:
Human
Age:
18
Personality:
Naomi is a very down-to-earth, friendly and compassionate girl. As well as being very optimistic and always trying to look on the bright side, she is quite stubborn but not quick to anger. She doesn't like to judge people, especially not based on appearances, and believes strongly in second chances, just like she would expect people to treat her. She can be a little naive from time to time, and may have issues trusting people a little too easily.
Bio:
Naomi grew up in a small town on the outskirts of the city. Her father was a dairy farmer, and though her family may not have been well off, they had enough money to survive as well as live a comfortable life. She was the middle child, with one younger brother and an older sister, who were quite over-bearing and annoying at times, but she loved them dearly. Whatever free time she had between school and chores she spent studying music. She had a real passion and talent for it too. On her 11th birthday her parents brought her her very first guitar, and had even managed to scrape together enough money to get her into one of the most prestigious music schools around. That's where she met a group of girls who had planned to make a band. The leader at the time was Stacey Jones, the bass guitarist and back up vocalist, next there was Elizabeth (Lizzy) Patterson, the drummer, then Lucy Marvel who was more commonly the rhythm guitarist but doubled as the keyboardist as well. All they were missing was a lead guitarist and singer, and that's where Naomi came in. Together the four girls formed a band called "The Black Cats" News spread quickly throughout the school, and beyond. There was so much buzz about this small, four girl band, that it caught the attention of a music producer looking for the next big thing. He attended the talent show at the end of the year, and was quickly won over by their promising talent. Unfortunately he had to wait another four years until he could sign them, their parents weren't happy with their daughters running off and forming this band legitimately until they had at least graduated from music school. But the wait was well worth while. In just two short years the band had become famous world wide, and had been on numerous tours throughout the world.

Ezekiel Bronze

Gender:
Male

Race:
Part cat

Age:
19

Personality:
Ezekiel, Zeke for short, is a rather adventurous fellow. He enjoys walking around and getting his daily dose of life. He's very strong-headed, and often doesn't think rationally. If he thinks something unjust, he might call you out on it, but accept the fact that he's wrong, if he is. He's very on his toes, and you can say, angered easily as well. If you get him angry, most of the time, he will throw a fit or take it out and something/someone. He's the protective type, and can act much like a big brother. He cares dearly for his little siblings, in which you will see a much softer side to him. Oh right, Zeke is a very soft person deep down. The only people who ever have had the grace to see that side was his siblings.

Bio:
Zeke grew up in a small house. He was the oldest of five, and his mother and father were always off working. It was hard for them, being the selected few who were born part cat. People scarcely hired his parents any where and eventually, his father left the house, leaving his mother and him to care for his five younger sisters and one brother. He also decided to take up his own job, getting hired at a small restaurant as a waiter. It was enough to help get them into a new house, slightly bigger, and live happily. That was, until his mother died in a car wreck. It was hard on all of them. Zeke had to become the parent figure in his siblings life. He was, too. They always called him big brother and did whatever they could to make his life easier. Zeke couldn't be happier to have them. He eventually graduated from high school, just a year ago, and is now trying to attend college. The youngest of them is eight. Then, there are the twins, bow and girl. Both ten. Then a fifteen year old and a sixteen year old. He still lives a very happy life, although it can be a bit hectic.

"Music is what Feelings sound like"

While the others prepared for their performance, Naomi was standing just off stage watching their opening band perform. They were quite new, just four members, all guys, similar start to what the girls had had. As she was watching them, she felt an acute feeling of nostalgia. She could remember what it was like for her bands first time on stage. They weren't opening at the time though, it was their own concert. She was so nervous, her hands were trembling and she messed up almost every note of their first song, and it was only practice. She laughed fondly at the memories, it felt nice to just sit back and relax for once, but before she knew it, it was their turn to go on. Naomi was disturbed from her memories by a soft tapping on her shoulder. It was Stacey, giving her the cue to lead them on to the stage. As she was walking on, time seemed to slow. She looked out at the crowd, she could see them but couldn't hear their cheers. After just two short years, Naomi had manage to teach herself how to block out the crowd, which made it easier to focus on the music. When she finally reached her mic, she went through the usual routine of hyping the crowd, but it wasn't as enthusiastic as usual. It the was same every time, it felt boring and scripted, so over time Naomi had put less heart into it. But it still had the same effect. Just seeing the girls up on stage drove the crowd wild, half of them probably didn't even listen to a thing she said before the songs actually begun. After that the night went perfectly as planned. They played a few songs, then took a break and let another guest band perform, then played another few songs, took another break while another band played, then closed with what was at the time their most popular song. After that Naomi and the other girls were given 10 minutes to get ready before they were whisked away to do interviews and merchandise signing. Over-all their "work day" lasted about 10-12 hours. They were finally free to go home again at 10:00 pm. Because her house was fairly close to the stadium, Naomi had decided to walk home instead of taking a limousine. It was a lot more risky, but she found that equipped with a basic disguise, she attracted much less attention. Unfortunately this time it didn't go according to plan. She was spotted and almost instantly recognized by a fan. Honestly she was a little impressed with how easily the fan had recognized her, as well a little creeped out. In an instant a crowd had formed of more fans and paparazzi, with all the screaming, chanting and flashing cameras it was hard to concentrate and find a place to escape so with no other plan she started to run. Thanks to her farm styled upbringing, and numerous chores she had built up a lot of stamina and was easily able to out last the crowd, and lose them for awhile. However, in her hast to escape she had taken a few wrong turns and ended up down some unknown street. She had no idea where she was, and what was worse was she could hear the crowd gaining on her. Looking around in a frantic panic Naomi decided to take shelter in one of the surrounding homes, but choosing just the right one was going to be difficult. She knew nothing about this neighborhood or anyone who lived down it. She half jogged half ran down the street in search for the safest looking house. When she found one that looked like a nice little family home, she went up to the front door and knocked loudly. At first no one answered so she tried again, and still no answer. By now the crowd was quite close, just one more turn around that corner and they'd find her for sure. Feeling a little desperate, Naomi tried the handle and found the door was unlocked. "It'll only be for a little while, surely they won't mind..." She tried reassuring herself as she walked through the door and shut it quietly behind her. It didn't really feel right using some strangers home as a hideaway but hopefully the crowd would disperse and she could go home before anyone found her, or if she was discovered, at least if she tried explaining her situation, they might understand. Naomi used a small window in the door to look out and watch the crowd searching through the streets. Completely absorbed in her studying of the crowd she didn't notice much else going on around her.

Zeke was happy when he got him. The house was clean, the kids already doing their homework. All he had to worry about was hoping in the shower and cooking. That was going to be simple. Well, at least, it was supposed to be. When he had finally finished, hair washed and sticking up at ends, he was greeted with the youngest of the five outside the bathroom door, staring up at him with eyes- ears sticking up and alert. She was shiver, a small tell-tale that she was afraid of something. Zeke bent down, dressed only in pajama pants at the time, and frowned. "'Sup Mittens?" he asked her, only grunting when she suddenly wrapped her arms around his neck. She had whispered, something about a strange person by their door, now inside. He grew alert himself then, setting her down and commanding her to run to her room and lock the door. The little girl nodded and joined her siblings in the room, closing the door softly.

Zeke then made his way to the front door, a vase in hand. It was the only thing he could grab at the time! With narrowed eyes, he approached the young lady and spoke up, standing mere feet away from her. "Hey, what the hell do you think you're doing in my house?" he said sternly, the obvious sign of protection on his face. He had no idea if this women was dangerous or not. It was only seconds later did he hear small pitter patters of feet, turning his head to see the two twins standing in the hallway, gazing around the corner with a curious look. He shooed them off, not needing them to get hurt if something did happen. His eyes turned back to the lady, ears up and tail swishing back in forth as he waited, hand gripping tighter on the vase.

"Music is what Feelings sound like"

Naomi was still standing with her back to the hall oblivious to the sounds of movement around her. Her eyes wide and curious peering through the small window watching the crowd marching around in circles trying to find her. Some of them had even split off into groups, and were running around aimlessly. "Why can't they just leave already...? I need to get home." She mumbled quietly, her breath fogging up the small window, causing her to have to step back slightly and wipe it clean with the sleeve of her jacket. Through her cleaning, she was a little more aware of her surroundings, she could hear footsteps behind her but for some reason didn't pay much attention to them. It wasn't until she heard the voice behind her did she stop what she was doing and turn around. Behind her standing just a few feet away was a young guy, probably not much older than she was, who judging by what he was wearing and the state of his hair, he had just gotten out of the shower. His voice had been quite demanding, obviously he wasn't happy with some stranger standing in his house, who would be? Her eyes were immediately drawn to the vase he had in his hand. Then as her gaze drifted over to his face, she noticed he was only wearing pants, and that made her blush slightly."I...Uh.." She was at a complete loss of words. For one thing this guy wasn't exactly normal, he had ears and a tail like that of a cat, but despite all that, he was kind of cute. It was a little difficult for her to concentrate on getting her story straight, as well as willing herself not to stare at either his ears, tail or bare chest. Also, her attention was divided between him and the crowd outside, she could still hear heir footsteps and their voices calling out. "Well...You see. I was walking home when a crowd swarmed me. I didn't know what else to do, so I just ran and along the way I kind of got lost. I just needed a place to lay low for a little while so I tried knocking on the door but no one answered, so when I tired the handle it was open. I didn't think the crowd would linger for so long. I didn't mean to alarm anyone, I understand if you're annoyed. But I just need a place to hide-out for a little while, just until the crowds gone and then I promise I'll leave. Could you help me out...Or at least let me use your back door...?" Her words were a little rushed together, and her voice was a bit shaky, but she was sure she had made enough sense for him to understand.
