Background and Biography
Finn was born in Chicago, IL and grew up in the area of the city called Uptown, an area with a multitude of theaters, galleries and vintage buildings. She had a mother, father and brother 6 years her senior. Their family was middle class, her parents both in middle management ad lived in an average home remodeled within an old factory building. Her parents battled alcohol addiction together and checked out often, having tendencies to be apathetic and emotionally neglectful throughout their childhood. She was very close with her brother, and he stepped in to be a positive influence as she grew up. When she was 16 years old, a sudden and abrupt change occurred within her brother. He became cold, careless, even mean and was out nearly all night every night. Not even 2 weeks later, he was killed in the streets, stabbed brutally. The police never convicted anyone or found any reason for his death. Her relationship with her parents degraded further as they turned to alcohol once more in their grief. As soon as she turned 18 and graduated high school, she decided that there was nothing left for her in Chicago and left to start new on her own.
It was difficult for the first year, to settle in and build a foundation in this new place. However, she eventually found a job at the local diner shortly after arriving and later on obtained a second job working at the record shop nearby, where she felt most at home. She lives in a small, one bedroom apartment in an old building within walking distance of the main area of town and she lives alone. After graduating high school, she never went to college, but she has a large collection of music and literature and holds an appreciation for theater, so she is still well spoken and educated through her own self-teaching. She spends most of her days with casual interactions with people, spending time alone at home and working, with nothing all too interesting ever happening. However, she has developed a habit of drinking at home and at the local bar, perhaps a little more than would be normal. This may be due to a predisposition she obtained from her parents. All in all, she has settled into a routine life and lost vision of improving or doing much else with her life. She is deeply seeking purpose and truths in life, but this desire is buried by a dry layer she has built up in defense.

Abilities Rhega is naturally limber, cunning and dexterous. She has had enhancements in recent years that have worked to her strengths. Her vision has been upgraded to include not only visible light, but infrared as well as night vision. She is also able to see with incredible distance and clarity. Her most arduous enhancement was to her skeletal structure, as it was replaced and changed with a much stronger, lighter and durable material to complement her strength and skill. This is amplified with biological upgrades to include a tenacious health and immune system, as well as a more rapid than average recovery time.

Personality Rhega is a bit unhinged and sadistic, when it comes down to it. She gains pleasure from playing with others minds and bodies, like a cat to mouse. She is both cunning and intelligent, but has a subtle, deranged, playful quality about her at times. She does not think twice about exploiting her sexuality or humiliating others to accomplish her goals. There is little warmth about her and many think of her as being cold and inhuman, which is ironic because her enhancements may define her as a cyborg. However, she has incredible work ethic and is very ambitious. She is always seeking to improve herself and move forward. She admires Clevor and believes in his methods, so she holds goals to contribute towards it in her own way.
Past Rhega grew up in Rivermore and was born to a single mother who had neither love nor concern for her unexpected child. She survived her childhood, but built up cold-heartedness and wrath in the process. As a young teen living on the streets, she was eventually taken in by the community of thieves that find their home in the city. This is where she found her twisted version of a family that thrived on hostility, greed, ambition and violence, which shaped her into the woman she is today. Once she reached adulthood, she felt she had learned all she could by the criminals she surpassed in skill and outgrew the city of Rivermore. She traveled to Etalos and joined the forces of Clevor willingly, starting from the bottom, but quickly working her way up the ladder as she completed task after task, even if she took cruel liberties of her own in the process. Finally, she received word that she would be given the opportunity to work alongside Clevor himself under his infamous Head Guard, Kale Winters, which is where she finds herself now.
Weapon(s) Twin blades that can act as steel or be activated as double-edged with teal lasers. These she uses for quick kills. However, she has a second pair of tactical combat knives which she uses for more....intimate encounters.
Strengths She is a skilled killer and acts as a rogue, sneaking into any place presented to her and through most any protection system to obtain information or take out marks. She blends into the shadows and moves soundlessly and seamlessly through environments. She is also skilled at torturing, interrogating and manipulating others in every fashion she deems fit or fun.
Weaknesses Although she is limber and quick, she does not have an significant amount of strength. If she is trapped in a situation where she is overpowered by another with no room to play to her strengths, she will struggle. She also lets both her ambition and her love for sadism get the best of her at times, and she may make rash decisions that do not follow strict plan or cause problems and may metaphorically kick others down to bring herself up, leaving a bad impression.
Fears Rhega does have a fear of compassion or emotion. She does not want to have something so weak ever hold her back or lose her opportunities in life. She also fears disgrace and being outdone or outwitted. She takes pride in her skill and her placement and does not accept failure.

Being incredibly charming, flirtatious and hospitable, her personality is a strength capable of subduing enemies and creating allies. "Though I am a significant figure in the act of war, I've never been a warrior, so I possess no scars. The most striking features I've got are my markings. I am branded with The Mark of Odin at the nape of my neck, the Symbol of the Valkyrie just below it. I have a large, Nordic tribal design of two ravens tattooed on my back. The ravens cover the entirety of my shoulder blades and the tattoo itself takes up most of my back. Around my neck I always wear an ornate pendant given to me by the love I lost some years ago. "I was born a daughter of Odin in 1263 and served as a Valkyrie of Valhalla alongside thousands more. We are the "choosers of the slain" in Norse carrying out the will of Odin in determining the victors in battle and the course the war. To be taken by a Valkyrie on her white steed to Valhalla is considered an honor to the dying Viking warrior, for we only chose the bravest of the slain, gathering souls found deserving of an afterlife. We travel far-and-wide, searching for the dead in battlefields, oceans and seas for mortal men worthy of the grand hall. Valkyries extract souls and may manipulate the life force within others. This means that we have the ability to create and drain energy as well as sustain life or take it from a body if we will it. When not gathering souls from the battlefields, we shed our garments of war and donned the white robes of goddesses. We spend our time in Valhalla's huge golden hall, big enough to hold all of the warriors the Valkyries could ever bring there, serving mead to the fallen heroes who would feast and engage in sacred, raucous drinking bouts. We served as lovers of heroes and mortals and lived a life of festivity. Although our true form is that of a young, beautiful, but fierce woman dressed splendidly in full armor, we are also know to turn themselves into swans, wolves or ravens.
Often the Valkyries will make personal visits upon the Earth appearing as a raven flying the skies, a swan searching for a stream to bathe in or a wolf running the land freely. It rarely happens, but it is in legend that if any man secured the plumage of a Valkyrie swan, she could not return to Valhalla and if he so desired, she is destined to become his mate. It just so happens that this is what happened in my story. I was lucky, though, for this man did not do this out of malice or greed, but by accident, and he was one of the most generous, loving and kind men I had the pleasure of ever meeting. Becoming mates was a mutual decision, allowed by Odin so long as I made efforts to continue my duties in what ways that I could on Earth. I lost myself in the love I had for this man and we lived together in happiness in the country, isolated where I was free to be myself in all forms and open myself to him. He taught me about Earth, about the creatures here and the turmoil that exists between them and the humans. I learned of history, music, art and literature. However, my happiness was short-lived and he died abruptly a few years after our meeting. The grief that overcame me controlled my life for a few years more. It was not until 1912 that I decided to take control of my life and that I needed to reclaim myself and my role as a Valkyrie before I truly angered my father. I picked up and moved to New York City.
There I decided to recreate what the Halls of Valhalla offer. I purchased and opened a bar and brothel in a 3 floored building on 2nd Avenue on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and made it what it is today. An extravagant and large venue where the spirits flow freely, women dance, sing and entertain and fun and laughter abounds. It is here, in New York City that I truly began to see what I had learned years before about the creatures and the turmoil. I believed in the goals of The Light and decided to affiliate myself with them, for it was difficult to exist without choosing a side. However, I retreat into a normal, human life and have not been involved in any disputes, battles or wars in my time here thus far. This is both good and bad, for while I am fulfilling my duties in some ways, I am not in others. As a decider of fate in war, I have felt an emptiness and the inklings of identity loss in the absence of such war-like events. Even so, I find happiness where I am and although no one knows my true nature here and I find myself to be lonely at times, I can consider myself to be fairly content. This is my story thus far."
